Staines headmaster has really excellent hairdressers and I have always come out as a very happy client whenever I have visited.This time I was seen by Rubeena who listened and actually cut my hair exactly how I wanted it.She was also informative of other products and treatments. I would highly recommend this salon

They gave my granddaughter a fabulous new hair cut. She looks stunning. Ask if she liked it. She loved it.

I rang the Guildford salon to book a balyage and haircut/blowdry, and enquired what was included in the £145 offer running through November.
I was assured all colour and cut/blowdry would be included in the offer.
When i actually had a head full of foils I was asked do you want your roots done aswell?
There is an extra charge of over £53 if you want to go ahead!!!!
I felt totally conned and refused to have the roots done as a matter of principal.
I did not get my hair done as I requested sadly it looks totally dried out, and a mess.
I feel that I should be reimbursed as it is not fair that my hair is now ruined.

Stefania is amazing! The first time she did my hair I came with a very uneven haircut that was ruined by a different hair dresser. She made me like my hair again. She is very talented and makes sure everything is perfect. Left me feeling super happy and confident!

Anastasia is a very knowledgeable and skilled hairdresser I have had my highlights done by her several times and my hair's condition has improved and looks a really good colour.

First time at Headmasters, had a great experience with Myles who coloured, cut and blow dryed my hair. Colour isn’t quite what I wanted but he explained that on dark hair it would need another session. Looking forward to going back soon and achieving the goal colour. Thank you

Absolutely terrible experience with the worst hair cut ever (if you can eve call it a hair cut) in Twickenham Headmasters.
I wanted my hair cut and styled for my 6oth birthday celebration that evening.
Unfortunately it was just awful any curls that were put in fell out within a hour and I had to try and re-style it myself for the evening, which I couldn't and it looked awful and spoiled my birthday. Fortunately I went to Kingston upon Thames Headmasters for a correction cut and was lucky enough to get Kelly there
Kelly was fantastic,listened to what I wanted,was friendly and kind and professional.
I left the salon with a lovely hair cut, and felt a million dollars!!

I am obliged to give headmasters in Woking one star on trustpilot, but honestly, I wouldn’t give it one star even that my experience from start to finish was horrible, I had my hair cut with their “senior stylist” name Megan. I explained very clearly what I wanted and even showed her my picture with the hairstyle I wanted. I said to her I hate bob and a blunt cut. She didn’t take anything on board what I said, did my haircut her own ways. When I said the length is too long and it won't be allowed at my work. She replied “if I cut it shorter it’ll be a bob". And then she said she got another client to look after now. She left me, the owner Michael walked in. Was annoyed with me as I tried to explain the fact. He replied in an abrupt voice “hold on I just walked in.” Then Megan went, whispering to Michael. He came, cut my hair shorter than I wanted, and it's a rough bob haircut with no style no layers. I said to him “omg it’s a bob” He replied “no”. I’ve never had a hair cut that’s so rough looking, it's like a 5 year old kid chopped your hair with a pair of scissors. I went to another salon they rescued me from my shock horror haircut I had at Woking Headmasters. They couldn’t believe that it's done by their “senior stylist” and “the owner is f the salon”. Not to mention how much I paid for this disaster haircut. Incompetence at it’s best. I wanted it layers, they cut it off without any layers. Awful job. Not recommended. Would I go to Headmasters again; definitely not. Would I recommend Headmasters to my friends and family; absolutely not. DO NOT GO THERE. TOTALLY RUBBISH.

I recently had a wonderful experience getting my hair coloured, cut, and blow-dried by Demi. From the moment I sat down, she took the time to really understand the look I was after. We talked through different shades and styles, and I felt completely confident in their expertise. The colour came out beautifully—exactly what I had envisioned, with natural tones that suit my complexion perfectly.

The cut was spot-on too, giving my hair movement and a fresh, healthy look that I absolutely love. And to top it all off, the blow-dry was just the right finish, adding volume that I requested and a shine that made me feel fabulous walking out of the salon.

The whole experience was lovely and relaxing, thanks to the coffee and delicious biscuits they offered. It was a little touch that made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this salon if you're looking for stylists who genuinely listen and deliver amazing results!

I went to headmaster for a balayage and a cut and blow dry. I booked a consultation and discussed my wishes for my colour and cut with nancy in the putney branch. we went ahead with the appointment. what i ended up with was hair that looked like it had been streaked from the 70,s,and a cut that had zero style to what i had asked for. i complained to customer care, they sent me back to the salon manager that took a look covered the mistake with a toner that was orange and sent me on my way. i complained again to customer care and after a fight was given a partial refund for my colour, i wanted a full refund as the mistake would have to be sorted at another salon. i spoke with emma and emily at customer service with my concern, only for emma to slam the phone down on me. i got treated like a criminal because there member of staff messed my hair up. at present i am still having to spend time emailing all my concerns trying to get the full refund. i wanted a treat for myself what i got was a disaster and a full on battle to get the refund. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

I’ve been going to Headmasters in Tunbridge Wells for 14 years and have had wonderful service for all of that time. Staff are professional, friendly, up to date with recent trends and training and always communicate what they will be doing and the cost before an appointment begins. They always appear to enjoy their jobs and there’s a real feeling of teamwork.

I love their loyalty scheme which is such good value, the special offers on gift cards, colour sales and the online booking service which allows a choice of stylist. With careful planning there are substantial savings to be made.

I have recently moved to another country and I really miss my appointments and the fabulous head massages. If I return to the UK on a visit I will make sure that I book an appointment beforehand. I’ve always said that I would still go to Headmasters just for the people and the great atmosphere, even if they didn’t even touch my hair!

Chelsea at Fulham Broadway sorted out my roots and finished with a fabulous blow dry. Great hair and lovely discreet experience. Highly recommend.
