Very disappointing service
Ordered refrigerated items that were not delivered in a timely manner, they ended up being returned to HealthXchange who then discarded them and refused to issue a refund of £300. Absolutely disgraceful.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry for the frustration this situation has caused.
We’ve confirmed with Royal Mail that there was no delivery delay. The parcel was scheduled for next‑working‑day delivery but could not be delivered as the address provided was invalid. As a result, the parcel was returned to us.
All ambient products on the order were refunded. All cold chain products were safely disposed of by a pharmacist on return as they were outside of the cold chain and could not be resent or reused. This is in line with strict patient safety requirements, which we are unable to compromise on.
We understand how disappointing this is and can see that we have been in contact with you directly to ensure everything has been clearly explained and to support with future deliveries.

Always have fabulous customer service…
Always have fabulous customer service and delivery of products.
I did however have an experience a month ago where part of my delivery was missing.
The full order was said to have left the pharmacy but however had gone missing. Eventually after an investigation by the manager and an anxious day for me it was Eventually found. I was disappointed that I wasn't given an explanation as to what exactly had happened to the missing products.

Missing some Obagi items from my order
I was missing a few items from my order, but Jemma from Health Exchange support was incredibly helpful. She quickly arranged for the missing items to be sent out straight away and took the time to follow up to make sure I had received everything.
As an added touch, Jemma also included some samples and a lovely product as a gift, which was very much appreciated.
Excellent customer service throughout.

Ordering system is very easy to use. Normally if any issues, customers service sort them out very quick.
Delivery is very good. Email received that package is coming and a time slot. Very efficient!

Some issues with delivery which were fixed
Initially had an issue with my order- DPD incorrectly stated that I had ‘refused’ the order when in fact nobody was in.
I tried to rectify this with the company and was told this was because I had not entered my phone number into the DPD form.
I was initially told it was my own error and as a result my Botox had been returned and destroyed.
Thankfully a pharmacist reached out and rectified the issue. I have had faith restored in this company and will order from them again.
