Healthxchange are a great supplier, deliveries always are prompt and there is a comprehensive range of medical skincare brands available. Their customer service is excellent and Jemma always goes above and beyond to help with any issues.

Paid extra for delivery
My client was booked in following day and health xchange did not communicate the item was out of stock but charged me and it was not included in my delivery. Not good experience when you are running an aesthetic business, client was not happy had to refund the money.

Company recently changed couriers and their terms did not update customers. Cold chain products now not being delivered in the window because the couriers attempt redelivery 3 days later. Health xchange then state your liable for the cost - asked for my products they said they're disposing of them. So they are binning products I've paid for. Literally theft. Absolutely awful service - unwilling to help. Won't refund but won't send me my items either. Wouldn't be surprised if they keep and reissue. Will be pursuing my case and reporting to allergan, pharmaceutical bodies and trading standards. Completely unnaceptable. Also sent me terms that arent available on their website and terms that aren't visible in their delivery or purchasing information - so be very careful. There terms are also not in line with standards and not correct but I'll pass that part onto the relevant bodies. Wouldn't risk ordering anything from them again.

Today I received my order from health exchange which contains three boxes of botox -Allergan- with other medicines was very warm and all the ice packs were completely melt long time ago and not even cool in this very hot day in Manchester.
This item is considered damaged as it needs to stay cold through out the delivery process, and it's unsafe and risky.
I call them immediately and email them with video attached, and after several calls and emails with the manager, they just said sorry and keep saying sorry for this,
and I paid the total amount of money in advance ,although I should be eligible for replacement it or refund according to their terms and conditions, but they refused.
Also good to know their delivery company ACP ,they will give you a several hours time range for delivery for example 7am -12pm and you have to run when they come, otherwise they will leave fast , even before waiting for a few minutes or calling you ,so it pointless to give them your phone and they wouldn't even call you at least 1 hours before your delivery to secure your availability as other pharmacy usually do.
I am really disappointed with their communication and response.
