No hard sell, no pressure to buy what u don't need. Very professional from start to finish. Stuart answered all my questions and was very helpful. Communication was excellent, delivery was seamless and trouble free. Bed is extremely comfortable and I'm getting a much more restful sleep.

We are delighted with our new adjustable bed. It's really comfortable and has made getting in and out of bed much easier.

Every other company I asked to quote wanted to send someone round to demonstrate what an adjustable bed does before giving me a quote. Well, we've had that before, the salesperson gives a loaded price after hours of b/s then won't budge till you agree.
Laybrook don't do that. They gave straightforward prices on their website and finalised details over the phone. Job done.
The bed arrived a few weeks later and assembled in situ. It was not an easy route to the bedroom with a narrow staircase and stairlift to contend with but the two lads did it without complaint and were more concerned about my plight than their own. They showed me that the bed was working OK, took away the old bed and all packing material, they were on time and the whole process took less than half an hour.
They were so helpful and courteous I even gave them a nice tip!

The products are excellent and any problems or modifications requested are sorted speedily and the technicians who complete the installations etc. are very helpful, clean and tidy. Would recommend without hesitation.

Customer service - second to none!

From first contacting Laybrook they've been helpful and supportive. I needed my new bed in a hurry due to hospital procedure - they sorted it within hours and delivery was completed before I went to hospital. The delivery guys were so friendly, polite and supportive. All-in-all a first class experience. The beds are comfy too!

Update: After two years one of the beds developed a fault - my goodness their customer service was just as good as sales. They sent engineers to REPLACE the whole lifting frame and motor. Couldn't be more happy.

Easy to order. Really good choice of upgrades and being able to customise mattress to suit the person was brilliant. Best nights sleep I have had for a few years. Definitely recommend this company

Be very careful when dealing with this company, always get everything written down, I made the mistake of trusting the sales person and now have a bed that is completely unusable and dangerous for my husband. Whilst trying to resolve our problems, I have been told I was lieing and accused of purposely breaking the bed, I have had to stop corresponding with them, as it was effecting my mental health. Please think twice before using this company.

Thè sales part was great established my needs and agree what bed i needed.they also show flexibility when i changed my bed size. I was a little disappointed with lack of information from logistics. However when the bed came i was delighted the engineer was knowledgeable and friendly and on time. The bed is comfortable and lovely, i think i wouldn't bothered to get the masseger thou it just vibrant next time. But overall a fantastic product.

From the beginning when we visited the showroom the company was very professional and helpful. When the bed was delivered the fitter, Paul, was very efficient and did a great job in installing the bed. It has very quickly been of benefit to both of us with our arthritis and back problems. We would certainly recommend them.

The adjustable bed is just what my mother needed - it is comfortable, meets her needs and is a quality product. She is glad she chose the cordless remote as the backlight on the remote buttons help too. I must mention Debbie from customer service- she guided us through the process (without any pressure), answering all questions and has a delightful manner! Email updates were sent to keep us informed about the production and delivery timings. Then the delivery team were also highly efficient and in no time had dismantled her old bed )which we had paid the company to do) and set up the new one. The whole process was easy and the bed has helped to ease some of my mother’s discomforts and aided sleep: therefore it was definitely a purchase worth making.

Laybrook as a company is 5 star's,from the sales department, the logistics team and the delivery engineers. Everyone I delt with were so helpful.Thank you from my elderly mum who loves the bed and from myself.

Not looking as good as i thought, asked and paid for 2 extra matress covers and still havent recieved them and only had the bed 1 week when it stopped working, still waiting to get it fixed after waiting a month for it not very happy ,i seriously hope things change in the near future after spending £ 3000

Great delivery service, two very pleasant gentlemen took the mattress upstairs. The mattress itself, although it took some weeks to arrive is wonderfully comfortable, thus far I am pleased. The price was reasonable, although I did think the delivery charge for just a mattress was a little expensive. I guess if it was a fully automatic electric bed, it would have been proportional to the cost. Even so, because I had a £20 off voucher, I am content.

Having previously dealt with a competitor of Laybrook who sell a similar product, and having found that both their product and customer service left a lot to be desired, I decided to have a look at Laybrook’s version of a turning bed. It turned out to be a great decision.! Although both Laybrook and their competitor provided similar solutions for those of us who suffer health issues that make getting in and out of bed extremely difficult, that is where the similarity ended. Firstly was the quality and functionality of the product, a turning bed, Laybrook’s version is substantially better in both its construction and modus operandi, and as an added bonus it’s manufactured here in the U.K.! The next most important issue is that of customer service, in this respect Laybrook’s was outstanding. Their good communication was coupled with the fact that whoever we spoke to had excellent product knowledge. The service team and engineers dealt with the myriad of questions I had, answering them all to my complete satisfaction. Many thanks Louise, Priscilla, Marie, and Michael. Delivery was very prompt and the engineers had it installed and up and running without any problems in no time. I have now been using my new bed for a few months and to say it has changed my life is an understatement. I would just like to thank Laybrook and all their staff for all the help and advice they provided and I would have no reservation in recommending their services and products.

I have been trying to contact somebody to supply me with some fabric for my bedHead. Nobody is ever there, Never replies to my emails and never phones me back. I will not use you again.

Very friendly and helpful installation man and very pleased with the bed.

First day I panicked as I found my mattress very hard and I couldn’t turn on it. I phoned Laybrook and a very patient Stuart Hill asked me to try it out for a few nights and if I still felt the same then he would exchange it for a softer one. By night three my old body had adjusted and I had the best nights rest in years.
I can’t thank Stuart enough for his patience, empathy and kindness to an Oldie .
I highly recommend my new adjustable bed and mattress.All are exceptionally well made and the two delivery lads were magic at putting it together and taking time to go over the controls. Thanks to them too Laybrook and also for the help given in choosing a bed of my dreams.
