Ordered a cube balance bike for my grandson which looked great on the page and had great reviews .I looked on a few sites but decided to order the cube bike from here as it had good reviews . Order came quickly the bike was great for my grandson and great quality , only disappointment was that the bike colour was not what I had ordered for him but he loved the bike anyway .

Easy to deal with but a little let down.
Easy to deal with and pleasant staff.
Had to travel over an hour to get my bike which is fine.
Once I got it home it just didn’t feel right. The gears seemed clunky, breaks a little weak and just a bit loose all together.
Took the bike directly to Trek and they confirmed it wasn’t set up correctly, nothing was torqued to spec, breaks weren’t set up correctly, nor the gears.
This was a little disappointing, but all is well now and I’m happy with the bike.
I don’t think I’d use this branch for servicing based off this encounter unfortunately.

All good, but missing email notifications
Good quality, competitive prices.
The only thing that was frustrating is that there was no email notification that the parcel had arrived to the post office. I only discovered it in two days by checking the tracking number.

Fantastic pre sales and post sales service
Fantastic pre sales service but more importantly after sales superb. No issue too small. Bought specialised bike 4 weeks ago and can't fault the service. Get the impression that they all love cycling. Big shout out for Andy, Cameron and the other guy who very simply explained how I could improve my cycling.

Got the bike I wanted at a great price
Got the bike I wanted at a great price. Delayed shipping on my request with no issues. Bike well packed. Though just one issue please don't use cable ties in the packing around the down tubes as potential to damage the paint when cutting off. Apart from top marks
