The man put shoe covers on with out asking as I’ve had previous problems with mud left all over and dirty rain water. He was very respectful towards my home which I appreciated massively.

Well done Kai.
Due to a late change in arrangements, I rang Liberty to request a before 11 am visit by the engineer for the annual service. Kai arrived @ 10.10am, he was smartly dressed - even in 30° temperatures; he was friendly, professional, organised and thorough. In my opinion, the very best type of engineer and service we'd all be happy with. Well done Kai and well done Liberty for employing him!

They was wrong I have email them to inform them I am not available yesterday and have ask change the date not yet confirmed it. I have trying texts with the numbers you left by text I have received But me can’t texts back your side is blocked 🚫 how can I texts if it’s blocked unable access because I am deaf so annoying no access via to communication by texts no by email I am waiting. no visit yesterday ok. Not recommended.
I live, in what is classed as social housing.
Since my housing association changed to using Liberty, because they were cheaper than the other company they used ( who were always faultless), i have had nothing but issues.
Anywhere from being told, my boiler had been fixed to only have it.Blow up a few days later - literally blow up - to having my central heating rads come on, regardless of the fact the thermomester is set at zero, every time I put my hot water on.
This is unacceptable.
What is also unacceptable?Because I took a morning off work, unpaid, is a message to say the engineer will be late half an hour after he has left.
I'm not quite sure why this company has such a high score on trust pilot, as I know, I am not the only one who has had nothing but issues with them, but here we are.
