This is scam
This is scam. I have been sent a fake parking ticket from Link parking.
Unfortunately I didn't realised that this was a scam and engaged with the company providing further information and my personal details.
I have now reported the company to the policy and national fraud and cyber agency.
Do not engage with them and report to national fraud and police!
Anyone who’d like to complain about…
Anyone who’d like to complain about Link Parking’s mis conduct the process is this:
You have to make a formal complaint to
Link Parking, PO Box 36, Martock, Somerset, TA12 6WL
They have an email address but I can’t put on here.
If you are not happy with the outcome, you can make an account and complain via their accreditors website IPC (International Parking Community).
If still not happy you can take to Trading Standards or the ombudsman.
It’ll also be worth finding out who the land owners are where they operate and send them a complaint also.
The more complaints the accreditors and land owners receive, the more they’ll have to take it seriously and investigate. With any luck they’ll lose their contracts because they need shutting down entirely.
THEY ARE CON ARTISTS
I hope this helps others pursue complaints against this awful company.
I have never in my life received such awful customer service. Called to question why my PCN had been sent to Debt collectors, having never received a response and I was met with verbal abuse by the ‘manager’. Refused to give me his name, but assured me ALL calls were recorded. Then tried to gaslight me in claiming I was rude first (which absolutely did not happen). Didn’t know my name or details but was absolutely sure that debt collectors would have all evidence to obtain money. How would they know without looking into my PCN number or anything?
Have spoken to other residents in my area who have appealed, had no reply but they get debt collection letters months later. As well as other scrupulous behaviour from this company, including receiving tickets when parked in their own bays, tickets outside of restriction times and rude, aggressive and dismissive behaviour from their call centre staff - believed to solely be the owner and his wife.
Made a formal complaint in writing and made a Subject Access Request to have the recordings sent to me. Funny enough, I received a response to my complaints letter, just not to my appeal.
The reply to my complaint was one sentence ‘We do not record all calls therefore do not have the calls you stated were made’
No acknowledgment whatsoever of my complaint about the rude service of received.
How convenient!
But I’m not stopping there, they messed with the wrong person.
WILL NEVER PARK AT A PARKONOMY SITE…
WILL NEVER PARK AT A PARKONOMY SITE AGAIN. PAID FOR PARKING, BUT RECEIVED A TICKET. I APPEALED THE FINE BUT WAS REJECTED AND NOW HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE IAS. I ALSO REPORTED TO BRIDGEND COUNCIL, BUT NOTHING THEY COULD DO DUE TO BEING A PRIVATE CAR PARK.
This is a fraudulent company
This is a fraudulent company. They fine you in less than a seconds. Appealed against their ticket and they returned a bunch of bullshit ,obviously they even didn't read the appeal wants the money. I will take the matter to trading standard
Absolutely Shocking!
Absolutely Shocking!
I received a fine today at 6:15 am from this company for parking in my own parking space. This is completely absurd.
I sent an appeal, but I have not received a response. The car is registered to my address, I am the only driver, and the car is taxed at the address they issued the fine to. I even provided a picture as proof.
This is incredibly unprofessional and unethical. However, when they need to fine other people, they don't.
Taking these guys to court and I will…
Taking these guys to court and I will win can't wait! 😄
What a terrible outfit
It took two months to get them to cancel a ticket. All their emails end up in spam. What a money making opportunistic bunch of vipers
Unfair Parking Charges and Poor Customer Service
I am incredibly disappointed with the service provided by Link Parking Limited. As a resident paying £1,300 per month for my apartment, which includes access to a designated parking space, I have repeatedly found myself without a place to park due to their poor management of parking permits. Despite clearly paying for a space, I’ve received multiple Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) simply because there were no available slots.
I appealed these charges, providing evidence that all spaces were occupied, leaving me with no choice but to park on the roadside. Shockingly, my appeals were rejected without any proper consideration of my circumstances. Even today (13/11/2024), I received yet another penalty for parking on the road due to a lack of available spaces.
The parking management is highly disorganized, issuing more permits than there are spaces available, which leaves residents like myself constantly struggling to park. This has caused me significant stress, especially when the penalties are due to no fault of my own.
What’s worse, when I tried to resolve this issue with them, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I have also noticed that many others have faced similar issues, as evidenced by the numerous negative reviews here.
If you are considering using Link Parking Limited’s services, beware. Their practices are unfair, and their customer service is appalling. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere to avoid the frustration and financial penalties that come with dealing with this company.
Verdict: Unfair charges, poor management, and terrible customer service. I highly recommend avoiding Link Parking Limited.
I went to visit my friend
I went to visit my friend, as he is sick can't come down and give me the parking permit, I went upstairs to get the permit, within 5 minutes of time we saw through the window, someone start to take the pictures and we call them to stop and told them that am bringing the permit, but he refuse to do that , and he print the ticket. After that I send an appeal for that and I call them, very bad attitude of the person who attended the call . Appeal refused and now I have to pay, link parking is looting. Very bad experience and even it happened after 9pm dark.
Link Parking keep putting tickets on my…
Link Parking keep putting tickets on my car outside my own house! I've informed them 3 times of their mistake but they don't even reply to my emails any more.
Complete bottom feeders
Complete bottom feeders. They issued me a PCN despite payment being made via the parkonomy app, at their adjacent car park(literally 10 yards apart). They do this intentionally to confuse people. They have poor signage, the 2 adjacent lots were only differentiated by a tiny number on the signs, which are intentionally as far apart as possible. It wasn't clear on the app which location was which.
Avoid their locations at all costs, park anywhere else!
How bad is this company
Wow, what a shithouse company. Tried to sort out a problem with paying for parking where Parkonomy app was down. Guy was abrupt, rude, told me he didn't want to know and to go park to Parkonomy who keep emailing me to speak with Link Parking. What a way to lose a regular customer.
Link Parking needs to be closed down, impolite & ineffcient
No matter how many negative reviews this provider receives they really do not care. As a new owner of a house with a parking place they did not bother informing me of any details of their useless regulations, instead it was easier to issue a parking ticket. Next step referring them to the Ombudsman and taking legal action to have this company closed down.
Absolute scumbag operator
Absolute scumbag operator. I tried registering my vehicle on the app but it would not work. Then tried calling the 0333 number but no answer. While I was doing this my car was issued with a ticket. The process for buying a ticket is purposely difficult to catch you out.
Paid for a ticket and 1 minute later I…
Paid for a ticket and 1 minute later I was issued with a fine! I rung the number on the parking ticket to tell him I had a valid ticket and he was so rude and patronising to me and told me to appeal it online with evidence I had paid. I now have to wait 28 days to see if my appeal is successful!!! Their system hadn't updated was the excuse!!! Simply park and parkonomy are the 2 car parks they operate in Bridgend. Total rip off company that don't deserve 1 star
Contacted in "Error" & Ask For Proof
If you receive a letter from this Cowboy outfit, ask for photographic evidence and they will retract the fine.
They contacted us in "error".
"Our member of staff entered a digit incorrectly which resulted in us contacting you"
If I could leave 0 stars and an angry…
If I could leave 0 stars and an angry face I would.
£60 ‘reduced’ parking fine for parking outside of my own flat even with a visitor contract permit in the dashboard window. Link parking claim I didn’t display a valid permit and would not grant my appeal even though I had correct photo evidence.
I’ve seen the ticketing person get residents outside of their own homes every single day.
Why can’t you focus on people who are actually parking illegally and causing dangerous obstructions rather than people who are just trying to park in a parking bay outside of their own flat!!
Snakes don't pay
Snakes : Private parking fines need legal backing to enforce payment. If the fine is from the police or council, it's obligatory to pay. Tickets from private companies are more like invoices.

If I lived near Somerset I would go round and check.
I suspect his home address may be as listed at Companies House: 62 Brookland Rd, Langport, Somerset, United Kingdom, TA10 9TE
Shambolic Company
Shambolic company. Payment made for 24 hour parking. Parking ticket received, evidence ignored when provided in dispute. Parked at this particular carpark for years due to commuting. Going forward, finding alternative parking. Link Parking Limited are an awful company, with awful morals.
