This company should be investigated by the police. They will never allow appeals to be successful. I live in a small block of flats and they took over our car park. I forgot to put my ticket on my car and went down to put it on and there was a ticket on it. Only 5 minutes and they had it. No success with appeal. They will not negotiate with anyone. Just a money collection agency.

Awful company. Hostile customer service representative that left me in tears. Due to a genuine error, we were advised by their wardens that the PCN would be cancelled as we presented a valid parking permit. I later arrived to my vehicle to find no notice and assumed no further action would be taken. However, little did I know that they hired a liar for a warden and had a horrible company which refused to accept all the evidence we presented. You cannot even speak to someone in person?!

I paid the appropriate fee to park my car at 14:15-1715 a fee of £3.50 was duly paid and I received an SMS confirming my payment. Got back to the car at approx 15:30 to find some jobsworth had given me a ticket at 14:25. What a load of tosh now I have to waste time putting in an appeal to get the fine quashed. Why the hell doesn’t your system instantly update you jobsworth hand held computer. Will never use this car park again I have a blue badge so next time I’ll park on the road and display the badge.

I echo everything everyone else has written about this despicable company, who exist solely to profit off other people's misery.

But have you ever tried to phone them? I've never spoken to a more rude, condescending, arrogant man the few times I've had the misfortune to need to speak to them. I'm sure it's the director, Martin Gardner, as Link Parking is pretty much just him. At least with his previous business, Sextoys Are Us Ltd, he shafted people honestly.

Disgusting & scamming company, just here to steal the money from people. I paid for a parking permit in my residence, a guy is coming everyday to check the permit on the dashboard like a policeman. he knew perfectly all the cars around despite one day I forgot to put the permit on the dashboard, I had to pay £60 despite all the evidences I had and they did not want to discuss, it is impossible. The only way is the court (I did not have time for that). I do not understand how this company can still have the right to practise through UK, should be banned forever.

I understand they have a duty but there is no need to scan people, be rude to people and just act as vile humans.
Collecting pictures of cars so that the reflection off wing mirrors and the sun blocks the view of the permit in order to claim the money off innocent people who are abiding by the rules.

If I could do minus stars I would! Not worthy of 1 star.

Complete scam artist! They have left out information on their signs and then prosecute you for it!

Absolutely disgusted!

I had a clear permit on my dash, I was targeted as I was no longer than 3 minutes picking up a dog that I walk. They saw I was new in the area and targeted me.

This company is a complete scam, they are robbing innocent people and using bullying tactics to do so. They make appealing seem like you will not win and they threaten you with the higher charge if the appeal is denied. This is a scare tactic that sees innocent people paying a ticket when they do not feel confident enough to appeal. How can this company be allowed to get away with this absolute scam.

Liars and cheaters
They issue private land invoices which they try to make look as council parking fines for breach of very vague rules (e.g. definition of the 'area'), not clear signage and questionable definitions of parking rules. They do not even apply their own rules fairly (as shown by the issuing of fines which is sporadic at best, or better, their parking attendant parking illegally in breach of the parking rules supposedly set out by them!). Obviously, as you'd expect from this sort of scum, they do not review appeals with any sort of decency instead issue generic refusals. You guessed it that come via an anonymous email.

Classic example of the lowest of the low.

Headed up by Martin Gardener. The biggest scumbag, sleazy businessman I've had the unfortunate pain of having to deal with through his shoddy ran business with no backbone. Why do I say this?
You can't even contact them via the phone or email. Disgusting.

Interestingly, even for parking companies Link Parking were voted one of the worst in the UK. I know why, never pay the fines without first going through the full legal rights you are entitled too. They will not win (despite what they want you to believe)
