Longleat Enterprises Avis 

I honestly wanted to give more stars! And I know things are a big struggle with covid-19 at the moment, but you are paying full price when at least 50% of the attractions are closed. We where so excited to see some many of the animals just to see “sorry this area is closed” due to this the 4 or 5 places that are still open means the lines are crazy long for the boat ride we waited almost 2 hours and it was over in less then 10 minutes. The train.....well don’t see any point in waiting an hour for the as it mostly goes though empty fields.

Completely dreadful. We are annual pass holders and on attendance most of the park was closed, it’s really not worth the money Longleat asks you to pay. Avoid if possible and spend your money elsewhere

Very disappointing, as an annual pass family, Longleat kindly gave everyone 5 months extension to their pass. I have tried every weekend during the school holidays and every weekend since to book tickets to go, but they are never available. Even trying at stupid times like 4am. I complained to Longleat and their customer service response is awful and no help. All very well giving people an extra 2 months for free, but if you cant get tickets within that time then whats the point ! I will now not be renewing our annual passes. I totally understand numbers have to be cut, but even so the extension was not long enough as there is no availability !

Anyone who has been to Longleat knows what its all about so I won't go into specifics.

But I especially wanted to say my partner and I loved the boat cruise. The two girls running it (one was Lucy and I think the other may have been Becky) were delightful and ensured that both adults and children enjoy the trip, something a lot of places forget to do and solely aim entertainment at children. So I loved it, it was great!

Further to my earlier post I am pleased to report that Longleat sorted out the "third child" scenario. We had a good day but I wanted to specifically thank the lady, sorry did not get her name but she has shoulder length blond hair and was in charge of the longleat train in the afternoon, who went above and beyond helpfulness to me as I am suffering with a painful leg so cannot stand for any length of time (it was a 45 minute wait for the train) so whilst the other members of the family queued I sat nearby and then taken through a side gate by this lovely lady. So alls well that ends well.

We arrived at longleat at 1pm and meet Willow at the pay box, she informed us that it was fully booked for that day, but because we couldnt get through on the phone before we left and had traveled far, she let us in... she was very professional, polite and understanding... we had a laugh with her, she is an asset to longleat company and deserves a raise... top marks for this lady... we will return again soon... Thank you Willow we had a fab afternoon x
