Great service
I order the Luvele express dehydrator and Mesh sheets. I received the dehydrator really quickly but the sheets were missing. The customer service was brilliant. When the parcel failed to arrive a couple days later they sent out replacements straight away. Am a vwry happy customer. Can't wait to start using.
Will definitely order from them again

Bought this slicer to cut my beef and…well satisfied.
Bought this slicer to cut my beef and lamb joints etc. Does a great job and is more efficient than cutting with a knife, seem to get more meat for your money and all evenly cut. Well satisfied.

Cut cold meat excellent
Cut cold meat excellent. Struggles a bit on large tin bread as it seems to catch the top edge but on small bloomers OK. Overall happy with it.

Very happy
Well made product, very well packaged, prompt delivery.

Lived up to advertising
Reasonable price, goods as described, good communication on progress of order and delivery as per timescales provided. Vacuum sealer really does work to keep food fresh.

Great Donks, mincing made easy, sausage making more difficult, but hey it's a mincer ! Truly a good mincer, I stopped making sausages, make burgers, quicker, easier and just as tasty !

Great customer service
Great customer service: Parcel Force wasn't able to deliver the parcel (signature needed) and this got delay by weeks. It was a frustrating situation but the customer service team was spot on. They re-sent me the dehydrator in a day and with some free trays.
Really quick to reply and followed up till the package was delivered.
