Pretty good!

In each order I placed the quality of service was excellent. Their help and advice was equally outstanding in technical and functional advice. One of my favourite suppliers. Their products are great too!

It works well, substantial enough to cut thinly, cleans easily, but a bit messy with cut meat as it comes out the back. Overall I'm happy with it.

After problems with my first sealer Joe Dutch of Luvele pulled out all the stops with a replacement sealer with some useful tips on how to rectify any future problems, his help was also extremely very polite & curtious. I would not have any hesitation recommending Luvele to any family & friends.

Paid for next day delivery as unit needed urgently. After 10 days they still had not sent the cutter and they refunded after a request. Only 2 stars as they processed refund quickly.

The slicer I bought was and is very noisy. There has been a nasty smell coming from it when in operation and it is only an adequate slicer so I am not overly pkeased with my purchase hence three stars.

What can I say this machine punches way above its weight though my initial machine had a fault Tim Davy from customer support Luvele uk helped me resolve the issue and I can only say I am so glad I bought this machine from such a company who has pride and value for its products and its customers top stuff indeed, now to the mincer itself I minced about 20kg of venison and it made short work of it even through the smallest plate the machine grinded the meat with ease now I have used some other reputable mincers of the similar size but none impressed me as much as this one its beautifully made in all stainless steel with an all steel gearbox which I find most important and with a 700w rated motor it will deliver a life time service if properly looked after and all backed by fantastic customer support from Luvele uk 5 stars from me.

I bought the above Yoghurt Maker to try and save myself some money - yoghurts are so expensive to buy these days but so good for you. I am delighted with my machine - it has paid for itself many times over. I would recommend it 100% and the firm who supplies them.

After being very impressed with the Luvele Vacuum sealer, I decided to purchase the meat grinder and have to say how impressed I am with this machine. Used it this morning to grind a kilo of 60 day dry aged chuck for burgers and it performed as expected. The grinder was bigger than expected but you can instantly see and feel that this is a quality bit of kit. Anybody who wants to grind their own meat then I highly recommend this machine.
