Any time I have reported ANY. problem with my scooter( which is quite often) Joanne and lesley Ann have been BRILLIANT!!! always deal with me with with a smile and their best usual speedy repairs, Alan is always helpful too nothing seems to faze him? Soooo good to have this helpful team at the other end of the phone!! Keep it up guys brilliant!!!👍🏼👍🏼💯💯💯

I encountered a problem, for my wheelchair, which was not purchased from them, but was brand which they represent. They went over and above to provide me with a replacement part!

Mary and Will in sales were a pleasure to deal with
But warranty dept useless and in denial
Could not remove seat after following instructions so called Mobility Solutions for remedy
Lady asked why I wanted to remove seat?
To remove batteries when they're kaput
She then demanded a £40 call out fee... for a warranty claim??!!
Told her she's not on, and after much to and fro call out fee was dropped. Engineer visiting on Wed 21, no call out fee will be paid then either.
Well, she nearly had me for 40 bangers, what a performance from a "caring company" More like "Cripple The Cripples Financially"
First and last time dealing with them.

They were recommended by the family of another care home resident, which allowed us the luxury of evaluating the wheelchair we ended up buying without a salesman present initially. The product was obviously high quality so we contacted Mobility Solutions to arrange a fitting, sales advisor visit. All very helpful and we are very pleased with our purchase.

Brilliant customer support and service. I tried contacting my mobility scooter parent company in Holland with no results. I contacted Joanna Gordon here. She helped me find the part I needed, ordered it for me, and it arrived a few days later. I wish all businesses were as good at customer service as Joanna and Mobility Solutions Glasgow. I bought a walker from them earlier this year. Although the walker was more expensive than that from a competitor I chose to buy from a local supplier and because their sales agent was very knowledgeable. The walker was delivered as promised by their sales agent who provided a full demo of how it worked. I will be buying from them again. Very professional.

The walker arrived when promised and since has been invaluable. We were very happy that we had been to Cosford to see what was available. My wife is very happy that we chose carbon fibre as it is much easier to lift it into the car.

Service is terrible. We were supposed to be called backed later on two occasions and still waiting. They have a monopoly in Glasgow for certain mobility aids and they use that to their advantage. Find this quite unacceptable they are dealing with people who are vulnerable and wished they didn’t have to use mobility aids. Please have compassion when you are making money from those less fortunate
