At first, when I signed the deal now two years ago, thought I had struck lucky getting a deal on a necessary motorised wheelchair from this crowd, looking now two years into my lease, where did I go wrong? Regretting even the long trek to their showroom, their service is dismal and down right mentally draining! I’m severely autistic with adhd, ptsd and cerebral palsy, and quite honestly considering finding a better, compassionate, supportive and caring dealership, that won’t bully me by making false allegations, sending harassing and ableist emails, ignorantly prejudiced phone calls to mum and will offer a courtesy chair in mint condition! This company really don’t know how their service has affected me on top of the other persecution been getting from society!

Our group of 7 (from USA) had a blast during our 5-day trip in Scotland. We had rented a mobility scooter and I would highly recommend Mobility Solutions. All communication and schedule coordination was excellent. The scooter was ready for us when we arrived at our hotel. The scooter was collected from the hotel when we departed from Scotland.

Love my Q50R and the mile range, I’m new to using a wheelchair so still learning. A went up to the shop and tried a few but had my heart set on the Q50R mostly for the mile range as been stuck in for a few years or left stuck in my car why family do shopping and had no quality of life! Now I’m out and about and spending a hole day enjoying myself and best of all there’s no need to rush to charge my battery! The Q50R is a solid chair and very comfortable, a can’t lift it when it’s folded at all but my husband and son lift it in the car and fits in my T-Roc perfectly but takes all my boot space. The chair is easy to fold and can be unfolded with one hand. There’s plenty of storage on the chair it’s self, there’s a big zips pocket on the back of the chair and bag underneath the seat so plenty of storage for me. There’s also tension straps under the cushion to set to your own comfort. Only thing that was a issue for me is a need to get a new cushion as a have bad pressure pain & numbness but that’s nothing to do with the chair it’s self a get that on anything a sit on. It’s so easy to put chair on charge as there’s a Charing port on the control pad aswell the battery pack. The chair was delivered fast and come build for me. Big thanks to Sarah for helping and giving me the understanding to make my mind up. First class service from start to finish and one happy customer and now enjoying my life again.
