The bed i ordered for my mums house was slightly too wide to fit upstairs and the installers took it away and returned with one just slightly smaller that would fit just a couple of hours later. Fantastic service from the installers and the guys behind the scenes.

My elderly Mother had been promised an assessment for an Invacare Rea Azelea Assist Chair whilst in hospital, but the hospital cancelled this once her discharge date was agreed & didn't tell me. Late Friday afternoon prior to discharge on Monday no-one in the hospital would help me and I was at my wits end trying to rent once of these chairs at short notice because Mum wasn't safe to sit in a standard fireside chair. In absolute desperation I called the Us Distributors and they went out of their way to put me in touch with their UK Technical Sales manager Jim Gaw. He called me straight away and promised to get back to me within the hour. He did and said he'd reached out to a colleague in Scotland who might be able to help me. She did. Her name is Sarah Butler and on hearing what had happened to Mum she took all Mum's measurements and pulled out all the stops to find us a Rea Azelea Assist chair to rent and delivered it to my door the very next day. My Mum was in tears when she heard, she'd been so scared of slipping out of, or sliding over in a Fireside chair that she was frightened to leave the hospital. Once Mum was discharged Sarah came out and checked that Mum was sitting safely in the chair and gave a demonstration of all it's features. At a time when I was under severe stress and worry for my Mum, Mobility Solutions, from their UK Head Office, through their technical sales team and Sarah Butler the Scotland representative gave amazing service to my family before we were even customers. Needless to say we have now bought the chair and are delighted with it.

They didn’t have the mobility scooter that I wanted to try in stock but they ordered one in so that I could try it. Once trying it I thought it would be better with the plus model which they ordered for me. Picked it up today and everything was great. Thanks.

I am SO grateful to Mobility Solutions. They were SO patient, explained everything so well, couldn't do enough to help, and couldn't be kinder! I was so very nervous about it all, but I had such a brilliant and very easy experience with them choosing and getting a new Freedom Machine (mobility scooter) through Motability. I wouldn't hesitate to go to them for help again, and I would 100% recommend them to everyone!

James came to our house and discussed our needs arranged 3 possibly solutions and brought them down for my husband to test out. We picked the one we thought most suitable and he left the mobility scooter on a 7 day trial to confirm this was the correct solution for us. After the 7 days we ordered the scooter which had been delivered giving my husband back some freedom to go out and enjoy life again. The Rollz Motion. 2 Performance is the best solution to my mobility issues. With a sturdy frame I can use as a Walker, then change into a wheelchair with a little help from my Carer. The Performance is well designed and looks great. Thank you to all the staff at Mobility Solutions for all your help and advice. I also got some accessories including a back rest and light to make sure that I don’t fall out of the chair and people can see me if I am out and about.

Ordered some slippers for my Grandma, they didn't have stock of the colour chosen, however they rang me to explain this and give the option of the other colour, product itself is great, perfect supportive slippers with good grip, my 95 yr old Grandma loves them!

I was looking for a long handled hair brush. Mobility Solutions had exactly what I needed at a very fair price.
