Slippers looked good and were just what was required. Ordering process was uncomplicated and, wiring no time at all, I was notified they hade been despatched. From start to finish the Red Cross have been amazing and so supportive to my mums needs .
Reception staff full demo was great . Never hired a wheelchair before and I was quite nervous. Staff were amazing.

Comfortable and safe
I am so pleased with these slippers, they are very comfortable and because of the sturdy backs are very safe - I don't feel as if they are going to fall off. Well made and certainly worth the price.

Phoned Edinburgh branch early Wednesday…
Phoned Edinburgh branch early Wednesday afternoon, explained what I was phoning for, then got asked stupid questions to be told he had only worked their 3-4 weeks. I got told that a salesman was just finishing with a customer so would get phoned back shortly, now Thursday after 5pm and still no call, not good for a motability customer and I will now go elsewhere that actually wants my custom.

Mother. She is really pleased with the sandal/slippers. Her mobility is not great she uses a Zimmer. These sandals help her greatly with her mobility issues

Overall experience was excellent
Overall experience was excellent. Ordered a pair of shoes for my Wife which were delivered promptly. Unfortunately they did not fit. Ordered a replacement which again was delivered promptly.
Returned the first pair and a full refund was received within one day of Mobility Solutions receiving the return.
Communication was excellent.
