The delivery team was also polite and helpful, setting everything up and answering all our questions. They made the whole process easy, and we’re very happy with the service.

New photocopier delivered, very happy with service
We have just had our new photocopier delivered. Both our new engineers attended (Mark and George), so we got to meet them at the start of our contract. Claire Smith was very helpful in leading us through the quote and contract process. Their customer service so far is exemplary and it feels as it we will have a more direct relationship than our previous supplier.

We are very pleased with our Toshiba printer and My Group Printing services. The services provided are very professional: the agreed deadlines for the printer's delivery and installation were met, communication has been excellent, with timely replies whenever we had any doubts about the printer or the process, and the information provided was very thorough and helpful. Moreover, in a month of service, we haven't had any issues with our new printer.

Mark and George came to our office yesterday on a speedy arrival. Our printer broke the following evening, we phoned the company in the morning and they said we can fit you in later in the afternoon. They were very friendly, happy to show us how it works and answer any questions. Couldn't say anything negative towards our experience

Excellent Service and Support Since 2021
We have been using My Group Printing since 2021 and have always been extremely happy with the service. The team is professional, responsive, and reliable, and their customer support is excellent. Very impressed with our new standing Toshiba Printer for our Office. Our Rep Claire - My Group Printing has been fantastic providing latest with specifications of models and purchase options available. Deanna has been amazing and very helpful throughout the whole process. As a church we had never bought a photocopier/printer before so didn't even know where to start but Deanna is very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. The installation team were also amazing, they were very experienced, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend My Group Printing.

Mark and George came out to see me today, they were on time, friendly and fixed all the issues very quickly, whilst here they gave the printer a good check and sorted anything they found.
They took time to show me how to do certain prints and scans and also suggested better ways going forward.
