Excellent customer service from day one. We got panels installed in September 2021. The production really ramped up from March, there is little in December and January but that it to be expected. It is definitely worth getting the battery too to store the excess.

From day one, Patricia and Lee went above and beyond to help. Even after install, if there were any questions they responded quickly. They are very knowledgable, professional and so helpful. We are delighted with the panels and could not fault them or nextgen power.

Mark was polite, precise and a gentleman from start to finish. Workers were quick, efficient and very neat and tidy. The after care was also unconditional only down side we should have got the panels sooner. We were shown how to use the app one to one as is always at the end of the phone to answer questions. Excellent service from start to finish and over the moon with the performance of the kit. I have had 14 solar panels fitted along with an 8.2kw storage battery which is performing beyond my expectations especially for this time of the year. I had the solar panels installed in April 2021 and all interactions both before and after with NextGenPower were excellent. Mark and Lee answered all my queries in advance and provided realistic information. The installation itself was very professional considering all the challenges with Covid. The after sales service is also excellent with Patricia providing information and help in short turn around times. In summary Mark and his team are a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend NextGenPower.

Next-Gen-Power installed our PV Panel System in May and we are very happy with the service and the system. I met Mark numerous times in advance and he explained everything in detail, answering any questions I had, very professionally. He was on site during the installment, which took 2 days, and the place was left immaculate. Patricia was at the other end of the phone or email to guide me through all of the paperwork with ease. Have my system in now since Jan 2019 using givenergy battery and hybrid inverter with 6kwp solar and a hit water diverter.

Delighted with the results, have plenty of solar during the months march through to October, don't use the oil anymore for heating hot water during the summer months (that was soul destroying having to use oil to heat water on a summers day, but thanks to the diverter my excess solar now has the immersion tank and charges the battery).

System install time was very quick, about a day for install of panels and a day for install of the electrical side , and am very happy with the work done.

Excellent service, installation and products. We went for full electric and water. It's an amazing transformation to sustainability and cost savings are immense.

After researching 4 different Solar PV companies we found Next-Gen Power to be best on both price and equipment, the fact that all were included, BER, Eddi hot water diverter, Seai paperwork made the choice really simple. Since installation over the last 5 months, our electric costs have reduced from €615 to less than €350 and that is from January to May so not the best months. The system works great and having adjusted the modes using the easy-to-use software (the iPhone app is great) means we can make the best use of our night rate meter. Would highly recommend Next-Gen, Patricia, Lee and Mark were and still are there to answer all our questions, the install went smooth even through gale-force winds and covid. I would highly recommend that every house should examine Solar PV as it is literally free energy and with that I would highly recommend Next Gen Power. :)

Very professional and it was great they did everything from survey, installation to SEAI grant paperwork.

Issue with circuit breaker which was promptly fixed.
Software updates last year seems to have made a dramatic difference in charging the battery.

New IPhone App is very good, can configure system remotely and see Power Generation and Usage

In winter I charge the battery at night (on night rate) and use during the day.

Great system - Super happy I got it in. SEAI grant was great as well

I think it's crazy, not to install solar, if it's in anyway possible.

As a busy small animal veterinary practice, we sadly generate a lot of waste,due to non re-usable syringes,needles,etc....but it's lovely, to feel we're as green as we possibly can be.
Next-gen power were fast,efficient,and incredibly helpful. Totally recommended.

Hi I got NGP. to install a 4.5Kw array and a 5.2KWH battery pack, and an immersion diverter , about 5 weeks ago, the wether hasn't been great since, but still have produced over 550KWH of electricity and amply supply of hot water, I'm delighted, NGP were very friendly professional, and gave speedy service, The only thing i would have done if I was doing it again was to get a bigger battery. 10/10 fantastic service.
