Next-Gen-Power 

I had Next Gen Power out with me in July 2017 while doing renovation works on my property in Dublin.

I had Mark on site who advised me on the best course of action to suit my budget at that time while allowing for future upgrade and expansion.

I was able to get a 3kw PV Array fitted at that time and it has functioned perfectly since.

With the online monitoring through the website or iPhone App i could see just how much i was generating but also how much i was giving back to the grid....for free!

I knew it was time to add then!
So in 2020/2021 i had Mark back out to survey and explain the process of adding to the system.

I added a 1.7kw array and a 5.2 kwh battery and the system has been flawless. I am self consuming the power i generate and some days i am using 90% of the power i generate.

With the current sunny weather i am powering the house, filling the battery and diverting to my hot water cylinder and i am still giving excess solar back to the grid for free!

Right the way through the process i found Mark to be very upfront, honest and frank about the possibilities of the system, i found the support and admin from Patricia in the Office superb and then the technical back up from Lee outstanding. No query went unanswered.

The lads looks after all the paperwork including the SEAI Grant processing.

Fantastic service from start to finish.
Had two systems installed on my own property and a rented out property, have cut both bills by 3/4 year on year.
Spent 45 minutes picking the sales man's brain on initial enquiry, whom gave me all the necessary knowledge I required to move forward, and after doing my research and comparing other quotes found Next-Gen to be the out and out best system at the most competitive price.

I put solar panels in about 8 years ago and had priced around not only did Mark give me the best price he also fitted top quality Pannels according to one of the other guys who was quoting for the business they have performed fantastically over the years but my solar boost stop working I phone Mark and he had a guy out the next day and fixed first class customer service highly recommend them

Dreadful after sales service. Would most definitely NOT recommend this company. Like the previous poster they sales pitch is very convincing but once they get paid they just leave you in limbo if you have a problem. We are now calling them on a daily basis and they NEVER return calls despite numerous promises. Will now take this to next level.

I genuinely hope the sharing of our experiences with this company allow others who are considering engaging with them, to do so informed and sufficiently cautious.
To summarise (we're all too busy to read long reviews, right ?) - their sales team are impressive, however their service delivery, technical competence, and overall willingness to resolve any issue, once they have payment in their bank, is terrifyingly poor.
We were lucky in that we kept records and got written records of communication. When it came to the realisation that we had no option other than to complain to regulatory bodies (SEAI, and CCPC) - we were able to provide a full account of the company's inabiity to provide the service offered.
I will willingly provide advice based on our experience, if this will help you make a decision not to be regretted. There are other good providers in this space. be informed !
