He did a good job, nice he explained alot about the problems causing it.He covered alot of areas of work and explained the next steps if it happens again.Good to have people like that, comfortable what they do!!

Cant remember the ladies name i have spoken to today but she was fab and phoned through to a girl called Erica in repairs. I have spoken to Jamie I think twice in past few weeks who has rearranged my groundwork appointment as I have been poorly

Carl at DMC was lovely and friendly spoke me through what he was doing. Gave great advice on how to keep the mould from coming back… even give me advise on what paint to use as I am in the middle of decorating a bedroom which I appreciated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Omg a proper customer service!
Omg. A problem with my tenancy since before Christmas was sorted in less than twenty minutes by Michael, he genuinely listened, reassured me, and solved my problem almost in one, it has to go to another department, but he went literally step by step through my problem and assured me every step of the way, massive weight off my shoulders thank you Michael.
