Julie is a superstar
Julie, went above and beyond to put some order into my complicated accounts and my outstanding issues.
Despite it being a bit of a challenge that would use up call time, she persevered and didn't try to pass me off to anybody else. She remained good natured and well mannered and very patient throughout. It led to some understandable mistakes that she owned and acted on straight away. My issues meant her having to call me back a couple of things which she did in a timely manner.
She reassured me and made me feel secure in her hands.
