The waiting time for phones to be answered is way too long and sometimes the phone hangs up then you have to go through the process all over again

Stuart is a star
Stuart was a star, beltin personality & someone that made me feel like they wanted my business. (& he laughed at my crap dad jokes). A credit to the company & whoever gave him the job. Oh, & knocked a few hundred quid off my previous insurance company's renewal quote😁

AI telephone call? Really?
I really do not like AI telephone calls. Whilst they might work for you as a company, for the client they are extremely impersonal, rigid in what they can do, and very, very time consuming! If it hadn’t been the fact that Policywave was the most competitive insurer by far this year it would have dissuaded me from going with them. I sincerely hope that AI calls is not the way forward.

What it does enable us to do is streamline our business and as a result pass thse savings onto our clients, hence our very competitive rate. I had a major issue with my No Claims Bonus caused by a previous insurer who incorrectly mirrored my policy instead of allowing my NCB to accrue year on year.
Fabio was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. He showed exceptional customer service, kept me informed at every stage, and went above and beyond by liaising continuously with both the insurer and my previous provider to get the issue resolved.
What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was handled professionally, patiently, and with genuine care. Fabio’s persistence and support made a huge difference.
A massive thank you to Fabio — a real credit to Policywave.
