Where do I start! I’ve been getting my driving instructor tuition policy from policywave! For multiple years now the service by Yusuf Nazir absolutely epic from start to finish. Polite, respectful and makes gain insurance easier than what he looks like. I have recommended several driving instructors to this company and this individual specifically himself and they all have the same thing to say about him. He’s an absolute legend. He’s a great asset to the company. And I hope the company realises that. Keep up the hard work. Regards, Dan

First class service would highly recommend Policywave

Been using Policywave for many years now and have renewed with them this year. However the level of customer service is dropping slowly each year, after renewing this year I sent them my details for the license check via email, they rang me to advise me I hadn’t sent them the details so I advised them I had and when they looked again they agreed I had and the check was done over the phone there and then to confirm all ok, which it was. Same day another email advised the code not working, I responded because already used and check done, confirmed all good, then another three emails to say that I still hadn’t sent the info. Very unorganised company

Had a great experience today swapping Insurnace and he even got me a lower price than was quoted which was lovely to do! He was very polite and spent a long time on the phone to me whilst I asked a lot of questions!

requested un necerry documents which is not needed when you have alrady obtain Driving instructor badge which is also issued by DVSA.
apart from that every thing is good!!!!
