Really good customer service. Cleared up any issues I raised, and dealt with instantly. Can’t fault this company and would highly recommend.

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my policy with Policy Wave.

I paid £848 for a 12-month insurance policy. Unfortunately, due to mechanical problems with my car, I was forced to sell it after only 2 months, and therefore cancelled the policy.

I was extremely disappointed to be informed that no refund would be issued at all. Instead, I was repeatedly told about additional charges of £45 each, which were not clearly explained to me despite asking several times.

The overall communication was very poor. A person named Razad, who claimed to be a manager, handled my case in an unprofessional manner and failed to provide clear or reasonable explanations.

I believe this treatment is unfair and unacceptable. I request a clear written breakdown of all charges and a review of my refund entitlement.I asked to raised my complain he did not take my complaint I never refer anyone to choose policy vawe

Their customer service representative Mr james was very helpful and I was able to negotiate with him also I asked him a lot of questions. He answered me very calmly which made me take out a policy with them, also he gave me a good deal on Driving Instructor insurance.

Policywave, were so easy to use! They had kept all my wife's previous car insurance details from last year, all she had to do was confirm and add any additional changes! So much easier than repeating all the facts again! Really quick, easy and reliable, everything was done on-line too, very happy, she will definitely recommend them!

Policywave was good at the start, but as soon as they took the money from your bank, everything changed. I called PolicyWave about 9-10 times from the start of dealing with them. when i firsted called to pay for the insure they could not take the payment i needed to do a bank send the money from my bank to policywave, to be told my policy will be emailed to me with a hour that all good but after 2 hours i called to be told my policy was with mananger even there i told them i need the paper work before 3pm to be told i will have the paper work before 4pm as i needed to pick my car up before the place shutor i will get my charnged added on to the car. I called again as by 4.05pm still know paper work i got the papaer work at 4.15 but by this time i could not get my car and i was going to have £26 added on my car fees. policywave was not one bit bother about this even though it was down to there time wasting, when i said to one of the person i talked to who going to pay for the fees now as it not my fault, all i got was we dont no kown they would not get someone higher to talk to me about the matter and when they put me on hold they cut me off i called again and the same thing happened again. So, not am I'm not out of pocket for something nothing to do with me. I will not be using PolicyWave ever again.
policywave need to train their staff in how to talk to people and how to sort help them!!!!
