Pure Optical Avis 

BEWARE, THIS COMPANY LOOKS LIKE A SCAM.
I ordered lenses 3 weeks ago with a 5-7 day delivery time, this came and went so I contacted them, or should I say tried to but have had no response either from.the contact form or WhatsApp through their Facebook page.
I actually looked at the reviews on here before ordering to make sure they were legit but it seems they aren't. No response, no lenses delivered and unfortunately I paid with my debit card so that's £45 I've lost.
I looked further once it was becoming clear I'd been scammed and noticed they haven't posted on their Facebook page since 2020 and the company registration number on their website does not exist.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, I don't normally write reviews but don't want anyone else to loose money. I really don't know where all the good reviews have come from but beware

UPDATE: FURTHER TO PURE OPTICAL PROMISING AS BELOW THE LENSES OR A REFUND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED EITHER !!!!!! ITS NOW MORE THAN 48 HOURS!!!!!

I have ordered over £100 worth of contact lenses on the 6/9/22 and their website said 3/4 Woking days

I did give the company the benefit of the doubt after reading the 1 star reviews on trust pilot thinking it just one offs for those customers

However I noted that when checking back on my order it still said processing even though the payment had cleared I though ok the 4 working day fell on Monday let’s give them a nudge to ask when the expected date of delivery would be. So I sent a contact form off to them to which the acknowledgment said a response would be given in 24hrs

Having waited the 24 hours I followed up with an email which again said there’s a 24 hour response time.

It’s now Wednesday and it still says processing and there has been no email response explaining why if any there is a delay or managing my expectations saying when my order will be processed. I will give it till the end of the week perhaps and then will inform my credit card company to charge back the company as either there is something fishy going on or they just have terrible customer service.

I have used Pure Optical for quite a few years. They always give prompt delivery, and have been helpful when I had to change prescription.

Order arrived very promptly, very happy with the service offered.

They were good until recently, where payment had been taken and a box of lenses for my right eye was not delivered. Looks like only one person works here. No customer telephone number to call. Left eye they said lenses delayed so sent 20 sample lenses and received, then a box of the left eye lenses arrived as now in stock. That’s it no right eye lenses received, nothing and they now don’t answer my emails and when asked to speak to a manager to escalate no response. I took a photo of what they sent all clear for the left eye. They have taken full payment and not delivered all the goods in full. Be cautious if you use this company.

Excellent service, easy-to-reach and responsive. If my contacts are out of stock, they supply me with samples so I don't stay without until it arrives. I've never seen a company do that, it's so thoughtful. Pretty good prices, too. I've been a customer for years and would definitely recommend it!

Easy website to use, you can order online with fast delivery, choose regular repeated shipping or just re-order when needed and there are always opportunities to save on money by earning points!
Just make sure you double check if you're eyesight is + or - as I almost made the mistake of ordering the wrong one.

once ordered the lenses were promptly shipped and i received within the stated times, and was kept informed on status with tracking numbers. an excellent service.

Ordering and especially re ordering are always straightforward. Postage is prompt and straight through the letterbox. Good value and efficient way to restock contact lenses.

I've been with pure optical ever since the 1st lockdown & wasn't able to get my prescription from Boots. I researched on line & found pure optical & my prescription was from the same comany(Cooper vision) but £10 cheaper for the same lenses.
I also love that I don't have to be @ home for my prescription being delivered they are safely posted through my letter box!
