I have a weird prescription so only need to wear a lens in one eye a couple of times a week. Being able to just re-order online when needed is great.
Much cheaper than the High Street and as orders over £49 are free, I bought 2 packs on my last order. Rewards scheme is good too as your points build up quickly and you can spend them when you want.

Excellent service, orders always correct and prompt. I also like that I accrue loyalty points for future discounts.

Very disappointed and won't be purchasing again.
I strayed from my usual online retailer in error. 4 working days I was quoted on my order, and now I receive an email confirming deliver at 5 working days.
I'll be out of the country by then and it's too late for me to order from elsewhere for next working day.
I won't be back and please don't insult me with a cut & paste apology.

Great service. My prescription and brand were out of stock due to import delays (all suppliers had this issue) but Pure Optical went the extra mile that other suppliers didn't offer me, and they sent me some alternatives to tide me over, at their expense, until supply issues were sorted. I will continue to use Pure Optical.

I have been ordering lenses from Pure Optical for a few years. They are reasonably priced and the website is easy to use. The reward points system is a great way to save a bit of money if you buy a lot!

I find this Company gives best prices on contact lenses and great idea to have reward points so you can get even further discounts on next orders.

Fast and efficient service, I have been using the same company for years.

Had an amazing customer service experience with them, they had run out of astigmatism contacts but sent me the free trial ones to last me for the month and sent my original order a week later - trusted service!!

They sent me free trial contact lenses as the lenses I purchased were out of stock. In the past, they have re-delivered my order as I was out of the country and the item was returned back to sender. Very helpful and proactive customer service. And they still have fantastic prices for branded lenses.
