Pure Optical Avis 

I have been ordering through Pure Optical for just over a year and have never had any problems. You order, they deliver, it is as simple as that.

I have ordered twice from pure optical. The particular contact lenses I order have had supply issues, and on each occasion they arrived quite late. However Pure Optical have great customer service and sent through trial packs of lenses to tie me over before the batch arrived. They also have competitive prices so I will order from them again (but early enough before my lenses run out just in case there are delays in future!)

They are super reliable and fairly priced. Only positive experience so far!

I use Pure Optical because it is the most reliable service that I have tried in London.

Even when a product was once out of stock due to higher demand, Pure Optical reached out to me and presented alternatives that ended up being quite useful.

Great service and best prices i have found

It was very easy for me to buy my contact lenses from Pure Optical a few years ago and I found they were the cheapest online anyway. They also have a rewards scheme which means at every successive order I get a discount: what's not to like?!? I ordered from them even during lockdowns and never had any issues at all. Would definitely recommend them.

Great price but not the quickest despatching orders. Just ensure you leave 5 working days for orders to be despatched. Love the bonus reward points which gives you money off your next order. Will definitely use again

Brilliant service, quick delivery, great price!

I started using Pure optical during the first lockdown! I found the equivalent to my Boots prescription by the same company but £10 cheaper overall, including postage & package! Arrived very quickly with a pre printed returns label if I wasn't happy. I was very happy & have continuedto order from Pure Optical ever since.

Excellent Customer Service. I have used Pure Optical for a few years and always found them very good, Recently my prescription was changed and I returned the old unopened boxes of lenses. Refund received within days and no issue. All handled very efficiently and professionally. I would recommend.
