Terrible service, stay away
We used Sundown Mercedes of Epsom to fix our car, selected them based on their affiliation with Mercedes and went with the brand. They charged £2300, did not get the car fixed, requested another £6000 to continue with diagnostics, kept the car for 5 weeks and as a result we had to tow it away in worst condition than it was. Customer service was useless, we are still paying off the bill with broken car. Stay away

A very special experience
A very special experience on collection with superb support. All staff were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process from beginning to end. The car itself was presented beautifully and has not disappointed as a remarkably well equipped car. I am thrilled.

Good communication throughout
Good communication throughout. Ellias was v patient and responsive, and nothing seemed like too much trouble for him. Despite waiting a very long time for my bank to clear payment, Ellias took the time to make sure I was able to use the app and that I was comfortable to drive my new car home.

Great product and sales service.
On the whole buying a new Jaecoo E5 was a very simple process. The sales team dis a great job and were warm and welcoming and answered any questions I had in regards to the sale and ALL the questions I had about an electric car.
We did have an issue with the colour of car we chose as the Jaecoo E5 configurator online for Zircon Grey shows a dark grey where as in reality its more a mushroom grey. Luckily the car is a great colour and many people have stopped us and stated that they like it a lot. The sales team dealt with the confusion well.
Overall I would definitely recommend using the Sandown Jaecoo team in Poole.

David at Sandown Guildford was brilliant, helping us find the right used car for us. He sorted out our trade in seamlessly. We initially went into the showroom on a Sunday inpromptu, had to wait a short while before David assisted us. In less than a week were dropping off our trading in and collecting our Mercedes. Great customer service
I recently bought a used GLC from Mercedes Poole.
The customer service throughout was top notch.
From the lady who first took my call to the sales team.
Callum handled the whole process for me. Test drive and sale. He was friendly and very knowledgeable.
Contacted me after the sale to check all was Ok.
This is the first time I have bought directly from a Mercedes dealer.
Due to the quality of the car and the customer service I would definitely return.

Great service from start to almost the finish, helpfully delivered the vehicle to me at home, but didn’t give me any sort of handover, which i would have expected with a brand new car.
