I bought my new electric CLA from Mercedes-Benz Epsom and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Jack Butcher looked after me from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy, and he took the time to explain everything about the car. Jamie Vance was just as helpful and made everything run smoothly, keeping me in the loop and sorting things quickly. Both of them made it feel like they genuinely cared about getting it right for me, rather than just getting a sale over the line. Fantastic service from a great team. Highly recommended.

I collected my new car from Kia Sandown on Saturday, and I can honestly say the whole experience, from start to finish, has been absolutely first class.
Liam was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has fantastic knowledge of the car, was incredibly helpful, and, most importantly, really listened to what I wanted. He was warm, polite, efficient and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
When I collected my car, he spent so much time going through everything with me, patiently explaining all the features and making absolutely sure I was comfortable and happy before driving away.
Without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I've ever had!
A huge thank you to Liam and the team at Kia Sandown. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Absolutely brilliant service!

From enquiring to booking the test drive it was all handled smoothly. Getting a video of the car before test driving was great and David looked after us brilliantly the whole through to taking the car within a week. Great service.

Amazing experience at Sandown Newbury
My experience at Sandown Newbury was amazing from start to finish. Maya helped answer all my worries and did multiple quotes for me to make sure the decision I made was the best for my family and I. We purchased the Chery Tiggo7 Summit and couldn’t be happier with the car! The atmosphere in the showroom is warm and all the family felt like we were welcome there.
The whole team at Sandown are approachable, friendly and at the end of the phone for any after sales questions too. Maya, Andy and Bradley and all the team helped me so much and it is really appreciated.

Saturday Showroom Visit
Spent a few hours on a Saturday in the business as I am in the market for a new car. I was looked after very well, sales person David was vert attentive, refreshments being offered frequently. Still considering a purchase and if I go with Chery, I would definitely be going to Newbury.

Fantastic experience buying a used vehicle from Sandown Mercedes in Guildford. The customer service was exceptional. Our sales person Cheyan was so good at walking us through the process and went above and beyond in keeping us informed at every stage.
