Easy to use website and very nice products. The only place I've been able to find a kid friendly but not overly bright rechargeable night light. Excellent customer service when I had a problem with a product - no quibble replacement and vert fast.

The best experiance with Scandiborn I must of accidentally selected the wrong size sandal for my daughter and I messaged them instantly to explain what I had done. They emailed me back straight away refunded the original pair and ensured I recieved my discount etc on the new size such fantastic service. A lovely shopping experience across the coolest brands for my mini.

The team at Scandiborn provide exemplary customer service. I had an issue with a product I had bought, and from my first mail until the problem was resolved the team were incredibly responsive, dealt directly with the 3rd party manufacturer, and kept me updated until my new parts had been dispatched. I could not have asked for more. In the meantime another toy manufacturer who failed to send what I ordered and who I contacted on the same day as contacting Scandiborn are yet to acknowledge my email or make any contact. Trust when you’re buying online is so important, so five stars all the way for the team at Scandiborn. Thank you

Recently contacted customer services as my dog had chewed up a wooden block from the trolley/walker. Charlotte was very helpful and kindly organised a replacement from their supplier free of charge.

When my granddaughters 1st Birthday present arrived sadly the wood had a small crack in it. I was disappointed as I have always found their products really good quality. I contacted the company who looked into it and within 24 hours I had a replacement product. They sorted it quickly and with no nonsense. Excellent customer service.

I bought a lovely night light, which has been perfect. Sadly the cable stopped working, so I emailed to get some advice, they offered to send out a brand new light!!! Which I can also use the cable in my existing light, such a lovely service & company. No more nightmares for my daughter 😃

Fabulous customer service from start to finish. Ordered 3 baby toys, 2 of which are absolutely gorgeous. Good quality and stunning design. Unfortunately 1 item was damaged in transit but customer service responded to my email the very next day and sorted the issue promptly. Also delivered within 2 working days. My experience with Scandiborn was fantastic! I ordered my items one day and received it by 1 pm the next day without having had to pay extra for speedy shipping, so that was awesome. Unfortunately, I had an issue with an item I received. I got in touch with Scandiborn and they were both fast and generous in their rectifying of the problem. Amazing service and couldn't ask for any better, great communication as I had a problem with delivery due to DPD and it was rearranged and sorted immediately without any problems. Thank you, my daughter has loved the wooden toys and will enjoy playing with her new presents for her birthday next week.

I ordered something I struggled to put together - when I contacted Scandiborn they immediately sent the item again, but I had the same problem and they then issued a refund. I’ve never received such excellent customer service - quick responses and resolution to the issue. Would definitely purchase from scandiborn again.

I ordered a Little Dutch walker and one of the images was wrong on it. Nicola from Scandiborn emailed me back super quickly after I filled in a contact form on the website. I sent over the barcode she requested and before I knew it a new walker was on the way to me! Can’t wait to put it all together for my little boy to play with. Very happy with the service and will 100% continue to be a frequent customer.

Really great customer service. My item broke and customer service were so quick and replaced the product no questions asked really fast. They don’t have my product any more so even gave me a more expensive replacement . Very happy!
