Chakra bracelet strung together in leather
Bought a chakra bracelet for my daughter for her children in February and it broke on second day of wearing it.
Emailed them on three occasions, but never received a reply, so I called customer services and was told they don’t make chakra bracelets in leather and she hung up on me

We actually emailed you a few hours before your review. As mentioned in that email, we missed your previous communication due to a system error... We upgraded our email platform and there was a glitch we didn't notice early enough and we actually couldn't see some emails... We sincerely apologise for that.
However, we have already confirmed that we will send you a replacement which has actually been processed and you should receive within the next few days
Our contact information can be found on our website. As you can see there, we do not have a phone number and therefore it is not possible to call our customer service. We do customer service via email or via direct messages on Facebook or Instagram. We have no idea who you may have called but it is definitely not someone associated with our business by any means.
I hope the above clarifies the situation and offers you some reassurance that your issue will be handled appropriately

The earrings arrived broken
The earrings arrived broken. I emailed photos to Sehaya immediately and have received a response. As requested, they have issued a full refund. Apart from arriving broken the earrings are not as vibrant as advertised. I'm disappointed on several levels.

However, we are a bit disappointed from the 1-star rating on a service review... As previously advised, the earring must have been damaged in transit. Unfortunately it is impossible to have 100% success rate and some orders inevitably go wrong.
As you mentioned, we did prompt action and we issued a full refund for you so we don't understand why you reviewed our service with such a low rating... We would appreciate if you could reconsider.

Overall pleased with the bracelet
Overall pleased with the bracelet, although, I understand that because turquoise is a natural stone and colour varies I did expect it would have more brilliant blue, all the stone is very dark.

I recently ordered from Sehaya, and overall, I'm quite pleased with my experience. The jewellery is beautiful, vibrant, and of excellent quality, making it a great value for money. I’ve purchased a few items, including a lovely bracelet and necklaces, which were exactly as advertised on their website. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the fit of the Tibetan Jasper bracelet, as it couldn't be adjusted to comfortably fit over my hand, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, I highly recommend Sehaya for their gorgeous, striking pieces, and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
