They communicated via SMS throughout the repair process with a photo when it was ready. Only paid once the watch was repaired are ready to be returned. Received it back by recorded delivery. Watch looks like new. 100% recommend Smart Repairs

Amazing communication throughout the entire repair with a quick easy phone call to determine what the fault was and give an estimate on price, which I would say personally for the quality of repair received is amazing for the price it was.

Honestly the best service and quality of service Iv ever had that’s not face to face. Everything done via text message, information and instructions were very clear and the photo updates were great while the work was carried out. It’s no easy to trust a company with your loved possessions but 10/10 will absolutely recommend to family and friends and use in the future if needed!

They provide you a low quote which no repairer has been involved with creating and then fail to find someone to do the work at the price. What a waste of time!
