So happy I came across this company! My clumsy self dropped my watch on the 2nd time wearing it! Looked around and many places didn’t repair older Apple watches (series 3) however, a few places did but cost more than what the watch was worth! Smart repairs fixed my watch at an amazing price! This was an excellent service resulting in my watch being restored so one that looked new.

Literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Apple watch was held to ransom over expensive repairs that I did not sanction. Had to go through Paypal in the end. Owner was awful to deal with and had a terrible attitude. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely flawless service. Quoted and charged the price without trying to add in extras etc. kept me complete updated throughout with pictures and gave me a tracking number when the watch was posted back. Would definitely recommend as the service was also very reasonable!
