I had to contact sopp+sopp after my car was hit by a London bus. Joel was really great. Excellent communication skills, clearly knew the process very well and was able to answer all of my questions in a way I understood. Joel has given me confidence the process and resolution will be handled efficiently and fairly. I am somewhat surprised to say that I was really impressed with the whole encounter. Thank you Joel!

​Extremely disappointed with the service from sopp & sopp. I was under the impression that everything was completely in hand and sorted. However, when I contacted the repairer on the actual day my car was due to go in, I was shocked to be told the repair had been cancelled altogether.
​No notification, no update, and absolutely no communication from sopp & sopp to let me know. I feel completely mislaid by the company. Total breakdown in service. 1/5 stars.
