If you're looking for a hairstyle you will love, go see Sondra at Supercuts on MacArthur Road in Whitehall, Pa! I'm happy to say that she has been my stylist for many years. She listens to what you would like done, and then she brings it to life. She truly loves what she does, and it shows! I highly recommend Sondra! She is absolutely wonderful!

I am disabled vet with 3 strokes; I went to Supercuts on 11/11/25 for my free haircut on Veteran's Day. I called and spoke to Eric Young and he stated " yes, no charge come on Down" Melanie Robel Heard Eric say yes come on down. Went to the register to check out and told $22.00. I disputed the charge. The manager reduced it to $15.00 I must of be mistaken going to the wrong salon. I paid it so they would not call the cops if i walk out without paying. I returned to Supercuts and presented them the printouts one of their employee and customer agreed that this is false advertising. Melanie kept stating she don't care I am not getting a free haircut. she would not stand behind her employee's word. She blamed it on him "that he's new and didn't know."

Why offer appointments if you don’t keep them?

Apparently there is really no point in making an appointment. This is the second time I had a scheduled appointment yet still waited close to an hour.

I asked for a face framing bangs. She completely chopped my one side and left the other side long so my hair was completely uneven. Spent $50 will never go back. Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten and now I have to spend money to correct what she did and didn’t do I also asked for layers and there’s no layers

I normally visit supercuts for a quick haircut no booking required. I went and had my haircut in Peterborough on the 20th October by what was a trainee /grade 2 but I wasn't told that until she really messed up my hair both sides different lengths and after having chemo my fridge is very thinning, she used thinning scissors on the fringe area leaving me stumpy bits about an inch long on the corners of my fringe. I'm now struggling to stop these bits sticking out. I'm extremely dissapointed and won't be going back its not as if its even that cheap, it took her an hour to do a dry cut almost amd the other lady had to straighten up the mess she made of my layers. Having been a hairdresser this is not good enough.

Honestly, Penelope at 1000 Hylan drive is THE WORST. 3 times she butchered my hair. One side no hair,the other too much hair. She doesn't smile and she didn't talk to me at all. Never going to let her cut me ever again.

Brande the manager of Supercuts in Roanoke TX did an amazing job with my three year old grandson who can't sit still. She kept him still got him fixed up and surprisingly super fast. I was so impressed and satisfied I went and got my husband and sure enough he was super pleased. Thank you Brande get used to us u won our business and my husband is so picky and hard to please and he is impressed! Awesome and and amazing

Hind is Amazing! I have been to other stylists over the past several years, but Hind knows my hair and gives me the best cuts and highlites over anyone else. She's the only one I trust.

I went to Supercuts on Ward ave Honolulu Hawaii to ask about front bang highlights.
I was told to “ go to my other place and there wasn’t enough time 4 hours left in the operating hours. ) I was also told “ we don’t do chemical services in weekend )
All of these words spoken with complete unfriendliness and disdain.
Not good for the company name.
Nothing SUPER about it.
The super cuts I normally go to is great.
Lei is really kind and does her best.
I just couldn’t go today because my car was in shop.
These ladies. Manager included have very rude customer service skills.
Very disappointed.

first of all, i had a lady that cut my hair for 15 years that went to supercuts and she was there for a couple years maybe 3 or so and she unfortunately got in a car accident ended up passing away. needless to say im searching for a new person to cut my hair. so i take a chance and a gal that came from mount Vernon Washington supercuts came to cover in Stanwood Washington. she cut my hair twice and it was satisfactory. and i go to book and appointment and after i had just talked to her about how the owners of this Stanwood location were pressing them to book shorter appointments and everyone wasn't happy.she quits right after she told me shes going to be there for a long time. my longtime friend Debbi that cut my hair before she passed away expressed the same issues. so i go in to supercuts yesterday face to face with a girl name MOUSE and book an appointment for 2pm today. i rescheduled my whole day around the appointment. I show up 2 minutes early and notice there's cars parked everywhere and walk in and there's Mouse cutting someone's hair and 5 people waiting. first of all she doesn't even remember me being there the day before and says oh were running a little behind. Shes the only working and I'm not waiting for 2 hours to get my haircut for no one. that place i will never go back to owners from my understanding are totally
no clue on hair care and Arnt even involved with cutting hair. STANWOOD WASHINGTON SUPERCUTS. STAY THE HELL AWAY

My hair was destroyed by a girl named Freedom. Afterwards, she was TERRIBLE to me. ZERO accountability. She went so far as to refuse me service after the corporate hr girl welcomed me back. She shamed me in front of a lobby of people TWICE! Why do I go back? She destroyed my hair so bad nobody else will touch it in regards to lightening the new growth she had fried off. The most unprofessional situation I’ve ever dealt with. Freedom however is her biggest fan & could care less what she does to others esteem. One day life will treat her the same. Karma always shows up!! Remember do not go to FREEDOM!! I’m only giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option.

This is the best hair cutting place. At the end of every haircut, they give you a hot towel treatment for free, no extra cost and it relaxes you as it also gives your neck a massage. Best ever, go to Supercuts!

I tried to make appointment for hair cut with Super cuts on Lancaster rd 600 . Shillington Pa they put me on hold for 35 minutes and I called from other phone thinking they forgot about me in those 35 minutes call I called 3 times no answer line was off . They answered and she said soory is very busy and I asked you have to put me on hold for so long her answer was you was coming here have to wait anyway, I said I don’t have to come , this was the reason my call not to keep me on the phone 35 minutes before you have your phone line occupied never answered any body, I have problems because and I let going I complain about nothing done , change people all the time,

Literally shaved my head to the skin on the back side of my head It Literally looked like pubes on my head

It's often hit and miss - this was a miss. I specifically said I didn't want a "sugar bowl" cut in the back; I wanted a "V" jagged, not straight across. We discussed it. Guess what I got. Perhaps they don't know the alphabet? It's straight across, I look like every little boy. NOT a good look for a middle-aged woman. It will grow out in a few months. I won't be back.

I went there last year asked for just a little trim and they cut it all the way up to my top lip and my brother asked for a little trim near his ears and neck they gave him a buzz cut

My daughter went in to get her hair cut only to get told by the “haircutter” how her hair is so damaged it was suppose to be a simple trim which she now has 3 levels in her hair. She now has to go to a real hairstylist to get this shit fixed
They could pay me to get my hair cut and I would use hedge trimmers first
