3 scheduled appointments in one week and never got a hair cut. Will take walkins over appointments. Don't bother. Waste of time and effort. Go to a place managed by professionals, This is not that place.

Asked for a light fade and they shaved me bald

i went in for a simple bob cut, I showed the stylist a picture of. i asked her if she was comfortable doing the cut and she said yes. I know she cut woman’s hair frequently. She destroyed my hair Too short, not even and a mess. If she couldn’t do it she should have said so! Avon Ct

I set up an appointment for my mother with DD but she didn't show up so Balvina cut her hair after waiting awhile.
We specifically told her not to cut too much and no razor use.
She said that she knew what she was doing and that she had 19 years of experience cutting hair.
She cut my mother's hair crooked on one side , uneven, too much above ear and unmatched sides.
She then used razor because she said it was necessary.
We showed another hairdresser,on another day, and she was horrified. It was awful and embarrassing. Nothing we could do but wait for it to grow.
I hope someone looks into the work she's doing. She may luck out sometimes I'm guessing but I really don't know how. 19 years??!?

She is nice to deal with, does an excellent job on the haircut. She is efficient and does not waste time.
She handles all types of hair texture, long short, layered, etc. This is a good location easy access to get to your appt. Appt or walk in. A nice haircut at a fair price. Clean facility, friendly staff.

This place is excellent!! Everybody is friendly and accommodating. I'm in a wheelchair and they all help me out. I always ask for Chrissy, she makes me feel most comfortable. They're good with children. Everybody in our town goes to Supercuts. Ellie Santamaria

Made a 10 am appt. THE DAY BEFORE.
Arrived day at 10 am waited until 10:45 after several men and women had been serviced by the two hairdressers on the floor. I stood up and asked the receptionist if someone could take me as I had other appts. for the day for work and needed the 10 am to have been respected. One of the hairdressers told the other hairdresser that “u should never apologize to a customer”. I never asked for an apology. I asked that my appt. be met albeit 45 minutes late. I did get my haircut, well done too, but will go anywhere else but the
Suoercuts in my town…UGH!

I have been going to supercuts for awhile.I want to say that mona in the quincy shop is the best.

They always do a decent to good men’s haircut at an excellent price. The wait for booked apointments can be a little long.

I went here had to pay 22 dollars and did not even get the haircut I wanted that person that cut mY hair picked up the clipper and just cut straight down the middle of with the wrong size did. not even care what I wanted I did not get I wanted I will never ever go back

Went to supercuts and saw my usual stylist,I have had 2 bad experiences with this salon before and where one stylist screwed up my hair, another made it passable, but yesterday was the worst yet. I am so mad
My husband didn't know what to say, but the look on his face said it all. 'Why did you go back there? They've hacked into your hair!! It's not even straight. You could have done a better job by yourself!!!' I was so mad and upset. I have to go back now and hope that it can be fixed somehow. At present I'm having to wear a hat!!! That's how bad it really is. They won't give me a refund and no apology 😒 VERY VERY ANGRY AND INFURIATED!!! Could cry!!!! KMT

I have been waiting for weeks for a response on Facebook messenger about my inquiry regarding my experience that I had using a gift card at one of my local near by Supercuts salons . I also filled out the contact form on there website since there is no way to reach them over the phone . I was unaware of the small fine print on the back of the gift card stating that only participating salons can use the gift card . The salon I went to wasn’t one of them and I was unfortunately carrying six dollars cash in my wallet thinking my gift card would take majority of my bill at the salon .fortunately the owner of that supercuts salon gave me grace this time and let it go for being unaware of their gift card policy and just let me get a haircut service without payment in return this time.but I still would appreciate any a contact or follow up regarding the messages I have sent asking for a list of salons/locations in my area that still do accept gift cards so this doesn’t happen again. I do think this is more better than calling the salon prior to going because they do tend to get busy during certain times of the day and can’t answer the phone.

Totally honest. I completely screwed up my hair because when bleaching my roots, when I rinsed it out, I didn't have anything covering my colored ends like tin foil etc so when it hit the already colored hair it broke it off so short at the very top of my head. Then I colored it and it came out beautiful until I went to Sally's to get a toner for the miniscule orange streaks going through it. Girl gave me the wrong toner and ruined my hair color. I got pissed and bought a box dye to go over it and further damaged the broken hair to where for 2 months I only washed once a week and wore my hair curly but hated it. Went yesterday to Supercuts to get it cut and have the broken hair blended into the style. Bailey at the Jackson Crossing location was my stylist and let me tell you this girl is a MIRACLE worker. I'm totally back in love with my hair and what she did to fix it and she is without a doubt my new permanent hair stylist and I pray she never leaves.

I just wanted a trim at Peterborough branch. The hairdresser cut less than 1 cm. I asked for a little more off, maybe 1 inch. I was told I had to have a shampoo, which I didn’t want. I was then told it was “company policy” I had to have a shampoo.
So, basically, the customer cannot ask for what they want. The hairdresser dictates what you will have. And that cost me £24. My husband, at the same time, paid £13 for a great hair cut and proper style at a nearby salon (he has long hair). Supercut is a rip off and do not do what you want. They’re only interested in ensuring you pay for services you don’t want or need. Never again!

I went in with a photo of exactly what I wanted. Something pretty and professional. My own husband was afraid when he looked at me. I look like a unicorn who belongs in the marines. Never going back.

Love was genuinely passionate about her work and this reflected on her personality. I just went for a simply haircut, but Love exceeded my expectations. She was professional and friendly, showed what products she was using on my hair. I found my go-to hairdresser in Lewisham. Thank you Love!
