Wont use Sure again, not secure
Used sure parking meet and greet at Gatwick.
Drop off was ok and went without issue, then then drove the car to its parking location and didn't lock it. I called the number to say that my car had been left unlocked and I was getting notifications on my phone, they said its in a holding spot and it would be moved again. 3hrs later it was still in the same spot so just before boarding my flight I called again and this time got the office number, called them and when my flight landed I could see the car was still in the same place but now locked.
On my return date they moved the car ready for drop off in the morning and again didnt lock it and it sat there all day unlocked.
Landed that evening and called once we had the cases (as per their instructions) walked out to the collection point where we waited just under 30 mins for the car to be brought to us.

Our car parks are secure and monitored by CCTV. Car keys are also kept in a separate, locked facility. To ensure efficiency, we organize and park vehicles in chronological order based on their return date and time. Occasionally, this process can take longer if there are delayed arrivals.

good service but park a distance away
Used for Gatwick Airport. The positives are calling them 20 mins before we arrived at airport and they were there to collect car. We arrived late coming back over an hour to a different terminal but our car was ready for us. Quick and efficient.
Negatives. They clearly don't park locally. The mileage was down 60 miles and they had disconnected the sat nav. If they are going to park that distance off site id rather they be upfront.

However, we keep a strict record of vehicle mileage. When you dropped off your car, the mileage reading was 97,234, and when you collected it, it was 97,246. In total, your car was driven 12 miles, which is very good for an off-airport parking service. Both mileage readings were signed for by you.

Excellent service, drop off easy to find, staff were waiting for my arrival, handover good and talked through what to do on my return. My flight was delayed coming back, it wasn't a problem, they knew it was and car was with me within 10 mins of collecting my cases and ringing to say I was on my way. Car was nicely cooled when we got back to 30 degrees heat. Would definitely use this service again.

Sure Parking were extremely helpful - not only with the parking itself. But we noticed a nail in the car tyre just as we dropped the car off at Gatwick. They were extremely helpful in enabling me to arrange for a tyre replacement service to access my car while we were away so that it was fixed by the time we were back. Thanks Das for helping out 😊
