Upset, injured and disappointed ...
Bought a brand new home with a Symphony kitchen.
On opening a large top larder door (weight 8kg), it came away from the hinges and fell onto me. Had this fallen onto a child or dog, the outcome could have been fatal.
On this occasion it injured me. Have heard nothing since this incident happened.

John was absolutely fantastic
John was absolutely fantastic. Originally came to replace kitchen unit doors due to someone’s poor installation prior. John noticed there were additional problems with the kitchen and made sure, even though he didn’t have to, corrected all the problems & was here gone past 7pm!

Very experienced and professional team
Michael Turner came twice to fix and polish few stuff in my kitchen. Honestly he is very experienced and professional. He will go above and beyond to get things sorted!!

Symphony fitted a kitchen in my house…
Symphony fitted a kitchen in my house poorly and after numerous visits to rectify they then cause further problems with the quartz worktop dropping. Quartz worktop not correctly supported whilst units replaced.
Persimmon told us that symphony have washed their hands of it now and it's not their problem. Had quartz specialist look at the problem and they report its down to the base units fitted incorrectly.

Just fitted my new symphony kitchen. Really good quality, rigid unit built well and easy to put together. Really pleased with the quality, looked round a number of the competitors and find symphony to be much better.

He was very polite, a tidy workman and conducted a very good job, explaining in what he was doing etc. Nice guy and super helpful. More trades could learn from Michael.

Cupboard door adjustments
We had Michael T come out to adjust our cupboard doors, he was friendly, quick and helpful. He explained everything to us clearly and replaced parts to hinges etc we didn’t even know were missing.
Was also great with our pooch so thumbs (and paws) up all around.

I would highly recommend Chris from Symphony Kitchens. He arrived on time to fit a new fridge freezer door. Whilst here I pointed out an issue with an out of alignment cupboard, which, without hesitation, he went above and beyond to rectify.

What an excellent experience I’ve just…
What an excellent experience I’ve just received from the customer support technician, John Barker, who visited my property today. John was extremely friendly and engaging. Instantly identified the route of the issue and worked efficiently to resolve fully. Nothing was too much effort.
I am pleased to say everything which was wrong was corrected with very little disruption. Can’t thank Symphony and especially the customer caretechnician,John, enough. If only others delivered service to this level.
Back in love with my kitchen. 👍😃
