We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and couldn't be happier with the service we received.
A big thank you to Kevin Hartley for expertly project managing the installation and ensuring everything ran smoothly, and to Chris Jones for his excellent workmanship and attention to detail throughout the fit.
Thanks also to Chris Leatherbarrow for his great communication and support, and to Siobhan Peoples for designing a kitchen that perfectly suits our home.
The whole team was professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely Appalling Quality and Customer Service

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I have a new-build kitchen fitted by Symphony, and the quality has been nothing short of shocking. The paint is already peeling off the units, despite the kitchen being relatively new and used under normal household conditions. This is clearly a quality issue, yet Symphony's response has simply been to dismiss it as "wear and tear."

To describe peeling paint on a new kitchen as wear and tear is unacceptable. Customers invest a significant amount of money in a kitchen expecting it to last for years, not start deteriorating after a short period of use.

What makes this even more frustrating is the warranty situation. New-build kitchens are only covered by a 5-year warranty, while the exact same kitchens purchased through retail channels are covered for 10 years. How can the same product have such different levels of protection depending on how it was purchased? It feels like homeowners in new-build properties are being treated as second-class customers.

The product quality is poor, the response to genuine concerns has been dismissive, and the customer service has shown little interest in taking responsibility.

Extremely disappointed and would not recommend Symphony based on my experience.

Michael was really helpful got the job done quick and easy

We had Jamie, Jason and Harvey from JLT come to do some repairs to our new build kitchen. They were excellent, very professional, completed the work and left the kitchen very tidy. They went above and beyond and were really friendly. Highly recommend very happy.

Michael visited today to change a fridge freezer door which was a different colour to the rest. He was lovely and polite and did a great job, he was also very tidy and took away all of his rubbish. Nothing was too much of a problem for him at all.

Lovely friendly technician Michael T visited today. Super quick and efficient, and job completed with no issues!

Michael from Symphony came out to rectify some issues with cupboard doors in our kitchen and hinges. He was very polite and friendly. Rectified the issues fast and to a high standard. We are very satisfied with the service.

Michael was able to fix a problem with a cupboard that had been fitted slightly incorrectly. He provided a quick solution and high quality service.

My experience of Symphony is that it is very much focused on having satisfied customers. John Baker did a great job today.

Chris Jones came over to resolve a few installation issues in our new build. Absolutely brilliant person, very calm, friendly and helpful. He carried out repair works quickly, cleanly and with care. He explained the fixes beforehand, showed us how the equipment works and waited for us to confirm how everything works. Top service.

If I could give less than one star, I would.
We moved into a brand-new home with a Symphony kitchen already installed. This is our sixth new-build property, so we know what to expect from a new kitchen.
Unfortunately, our experience with Symphony has been nothing but disappointing. The oven doesn't work, the cooker hood doesn't work, and the dishwasher doesn't work. To make matters worse, the drawers are extremely stiff and do not have the smooth soft-close action they are supposed to.
For a brand-new kitchen in a brand-new home, this level of quality is completely unacceptable. We expected everything to be fully functional from day one, but instead we've been left with multiple faults and a kitchen that falls well below expectations.
Based on our experience, we would not recommend Symphony. We are already considering replacing the entire kitchen because our confidence in the product is so low.
