Manage to sort finance out for me after having a less that perfect credit history. Really friendly stafff, would definitely recommend!

The service was quick, professional and very polite. By the time our adviser had finished I was less stressed and worried about finance and the process.

Great service! James made the whole process easy. He even picked me up from the Train station when I came to collect the car. I applied on Thursday and had my new car on Tuesday. Very happy with everything and would come back again!

I accidently applied on this website, thinking it was another site that I had previously been looking on.
They bombarded me with text after text and then called. The man on the phone was very snotty when I explained I accidently I got the wrong website so I put the phone down then received this text..

"Really nice of you, I had you fully approved income verified. Hope you get declined at the other place Don't come back to us."

Update 27/02/19- the company offered me vouchers to compensate the terrible customer service. I have not received the vouchers. So here my review is back up.

And just to let the man know. I did get accepted at the other finance place and I now have my dream car!

Great customer service from the start, Lovely Emma made the whole process straight forward, they even picked me up from the station as I travelled up from London, now I’m just waiting for my lovely vehicle to arrive, will definitely recommend this company to friends and family, I never thought I could get credit, I was pleasantly surprised, also thanks to jimmy for sorting out my delivery of vehicle.
