Excellent Service
I have been using TW White in Bookham for many years both for purchasing cars and servicing. I have always experienced excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. I would like to mention the young lad who collected and delivered my mx5 after its service who was a credit to the company.

Excellent service from initial call to collection.
Incredible service from the moment I called to the moment I collected my car.
Delightful front of desk staff. They gave me a loan vehicle for the day and listened to what I needed. Mechanic called to discuss the fault I had with the car. Car was valeted before being returned and I was issued with a comprehensive report.
Would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

Darren (Sales Manager)was my first point of contact, as directed by Carwow, who then passed me over to Matthew to complete the purchase.Matthew went above and beyond to meet every request I had, keeping me fully informed throughout the whole process with excellent communication and professionalism. The purchase was completely hands-free and everything was handled seamlessly, with the vehicle delivered right to my door(free OF Charge) exactly when promised. I have used TW White and Son since buying my Kia a couple of years ago, and can't speak highly enough about them.
Friendly, professional, outstanding service from start to finish.
