Time Consuming but well worth it
First time customer with lots of medical conditions and struggled at first listing my conditions until I realised I had to list them one by one which was time consuming but also interesting as some of the questions you asked I’ve never been asked by my doctors or nurses which has given me an insight into my medical conditions. Also I’m a technophobe which doesn’t help and the English language isn’t the most straightforward language in the world can be misunderstood so easily. Overall happy with several hours online filling out my travel insurance form and praying to god I don’t fall ill whilst I’m away as I don’t want another form to fill in 🤣

Got injured in tenerife in feb 2026
Got injured in tenerife in feb 2026. Was taken to a private hospital by ambulance. The hospital was all about money up front & would not deal with my insurance. The emergency team at vibe where 1st class despite the hospital being very negative towards my insurance companies team. I ended up being transfered to a public hospital in santa cruz where i was treated well. When i returned back to the UK i claimed medical expenses back from vibe including hire car costs to pick me up from santa cruz hospital & take me back to las americas. Vibe where good with keeping me updated via email with my claim & paid my full cost a few months later
