Medical conditions…
My husband has several medical conditions and the on line form was easy to complete and we quickly had a policy in place without having a lengthy phone call. They key thing with insurance is the efficiency and customer service in the event of a claim and that is something I hopefully won’t be reviewing

Can't comment on the claims process as thankfully we didn't have to claim for anything. Will certainly use them again.
