Got my policy through moneymarket. I contacted Vibe with a few questions and they were straight back to me. They were also one of the very few that listed ebiking as being covered. Others mention cycling so it may be covered under that but vibe made it easy and clearly stated ebiking was covered.

Haven't had to claim so can't comment on service, but the cover was comprehensive and a decent price compared to so many others.

Easy to cancel within 14 days cool off.
I had to cancel my first trip within 14 days of taking out an annual policy. So decided to cancel the policy for now. I was pleasantly surprised how easy and uncomplicated it was. It gave me confidence to repurchase with them next time I travel.
