Came into store today with no idea of what phone I wanted as not great with technology. Was served by Dylan who was really friendly and very knowledgeable. Left store with new phone ordered and being delivered to home the next day. Great service

Dillon helped me to upgrade my Sim only contract and move my broadband over from talk talk.
I found the whole experience a hassle free pleasant experience. Dillon explained my options very clearly and did so in a very professional manner.
I would recommend my friends to ask for him if they ever needed help choosing a plan.

The lady that served me was very…
The lady (Beth) that served me was very helpful, well informed, patient and honest with some difficult questions.
She was able to provide me with the SIM option that I wanted.
The customer service has been excellent and easily better than my previous provider of more than 20 years.
All in all a great experience.

No joy over phone but all sorted in store
Tried to sort out moving broadband from sky to Vodafone over the phone but couldn’t so went to the store instead.
Dylan looked after me, found the issue and sorted everything out for me
Would recommend Dylan very highly and will go to se him again soon to move my mobile as well.
