I had a fantastic experience at the Vodafone Canterbury store recently. I was served by Tom, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the whole process of upgrading my phone completely seamless. The store manager, Joe, also checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. It’s rare to get such genuine, friendly customer service these days. Highly recommend this store!

I received excellent service at…
I received excellent service at Vodafone today. I kept several members of staff here very late sorting out my new contract - and not only did they do this efficiently and calmly they did not make me feel guilty about this! I am really impressed with their service and attitude - it was very impressive. As a result I have signed up for 3 new contracts and 2 new phones. The main member of staff helping me was Riya - and George the manager. Joe was also here! And late home.

George has been incredibly patient with me this was a very important thing for me not only changing my phone but loosing my mum and maybe precious photos made me very anxious and George had spent all afternoon making sure everything I needed on my new phone and my photos transfered thank you so much George you are a star

Jo the store manager listened to me and…
Jo the store manager listened to me and wanted i wanted/needed and has bascially done that for. Not pushy but got got a contract out of me becausr of how he was. Was respectful explained things and most importantly gave eye contact.

Tom was amazing. He answered all our questions and worked through everything as quickly as your system would allow.
Very friendly but not too friendly.
I’d have given him a tip but I didn’t think you would like that and he could probably not have accepted. He is doing your company proud. You are lucky to have him!

Really not helpful staff
Really not helpful staff. Went in to discuss my sim plan and what the process is to cancel and was just told I can cancel from X date and no offer to look into anything for me or aid. Also discussed that im looking to buy a smart watch and was just told to go online as did not have in store... again no offer to look into options or whats available at all...better to go to the Dover store as always friendly there and happy to help!

Great store
The whole staff at the store were incredibly polite and knowledgable. Whilst in the store I saw how caring and compassionate Tom was to a customer. Both Tom and Poojan helped me set up my new device, and were very patient and helpful. I apologise, there was another staff member that I would like to commend but I have forgotten his name. Please ensure that he is also recognised. Riya as before was lovely to deal with. The Canterbury store is a great store, with brilliant staff. Thank you

Excellent Customer Service.
Riya was incredibly helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was an absolute pleasure to be served by. All the staff in store were great too. Both my phone contract and broadband were sorted out in this visit easily and without stress. Thank you very much. Would highly recommend visiting this store.

Patient expert help to make my own (and the right) decision
Joe helped me work through the options for a new Sim only contract and a phone plus Sim contract. All very confusing for me, but with Joe’s expert, patient help I was able to make a choice that absolutely met my requirements. I left the shop happy with my decision, having felt unpressured, and supported. I would recommend this store and Joe 100%

Couldn’t help with my iPhone 17 Pro…
Couldn’t help with my iPhone 17 Pro Max, which turned out to be a simple issue, redirected me to the select store who focus on selling Apple, was able to help me and advised me that I have lint build up in my port, after they cleaned it out my phone works and charges, paid for their tech support to get full service and checks on my phone as a mot like service. Definitely not going to bother with Vodafone any more
