Agnieszka was absolutely fantastic in getting my major issue sorted (an issue created by Voxi). She was very patient, and very knowledgeable. It had been a very frustrating experience with Voxi so far that Agneieszka was able to fix quickly for me. She was very friendly and the Elgin store is lucky to have her.
