My experience within the Crystal peaks…
My experience within the Crystal peaks store today was fantastic. I was assisted by Chris, whom was knowledgable, thorough, as well as patient as I was unsure which device to decide on.
This was my first time in store and I would defo recommend to family and friends for them to visit that store should it be required.
Again thank you Chris and I’m happy with my new phone choice.

Fabulous service
Chris at the Crystal Peaks store in Sheffield was absolutely brilliant. He organised a new phone a new tariff and full fibre broadband to my new home much cheaper than I was paying before. He listened to what I needed and then did it...as simple as that!

My broadband was coming to an end so went into my local Vodafone shop in Crystal peaks and was served by Reece who was so helpful,friendly an polite. Nothing was too much trouble . He even helped me sort out a problem I was having with my phone

Reece at the Crystal Peaks store ! He sorted out the porting and account problems I was having in ten minutes flat after over 5 hours on the phone over ten days with no service to Vodafone and two visits to Meadowhall. Certain Meadowhall staff were dismissive to the point of being rude when I told them my issue they said they
can’t deal with it . Also when I told them how long I’d been on the phone their response was “ well it’s free” . My time is not free . In contrast Reese is polite, patient, respectful, knowledgeable and an absolute asset to your company. I would appreciate if you let him know that.

I was served by Reece today in Crystal…
I was served by Reece today in Crystal peaks Vodaphone shop and I want to say how grateful I was for his fantastic service . Reece was so patient and efficient and made the whole process so easy for me as I had a complicated issue to sort for my dads phone and he did it with ease. I can say that not all phone shops have the customer service that I had today. 100 % recommend Reece to help you if you pop in this shop .

I couldn't answer calls or texts on my phone so I went into the Vodafone shop at Crystal Peaks. Reece fixed it straightaway even though I said I thought I needed a new phone. No hard sell, no pressuring me into upgrading to a better phone, just great customer service.

Paul was fantastic today
Paul at the Crystal Peaks store was fantastic today. Helped sort a sim out for an old Nokia phone for my brother in law who has dementia.
He went out of his way to sort everything out quickly and efficiently, making sure it was working properly and ready to use. Excellent customer service 5 stars!
