Emily arranges all my certificates for the houses and keeps me in the loop every time, which is what I wanted

I have just started the process of selling my house and today I had the pleasure of speaking to Nicholas Florides from the Cliftonville branch who was doing our valuation. Nicholas was very professional and gave us lots of useful information including, the properties in our area and the type of valuations we would be competing with, so that we could agree a market value for our house.

Having not sold before, I was anxious about the whole process and the stigma attached to estate agents however from the first meeting with Anna at Wards in Walderslade, any pre conceptions were very quickly wiped away. The whole process was fairly straight forward and having the whole team on hand at any point to help was great. Amazing team, Aimi and Anna were brilliant!!! Anna also gave me ideas on how I can transform the bedrooms I.e. knock down a wall, go for a vertical radiator to fit the look I was going for which I hadn’t thought of. A special mention has to go to Tina Styance, the Senior Sales Progressor who was marvellous keeping us informed of how the sale was progressing.
In particular she was brilliant in last few days before exchange being a mediator between the parties involved!!!!
