Emma Penfold at the Ramsgate branch was very professional throughout the communication and purchase of our house. She was friendly, approachable, and always came across as a genuinely happy and pleasant person to speak to.

It makes such a difference to deal with someone who understands your frustrations when there are hiccups in the home-buying process, and Emma’s support truly helped make the experience smoother and less stressful.

Ward's staff were very helpful when I was looking for a house to rent. Maria and Victoria did so much to help me find a suitable home. Their help was much appreciated.

From the moment we told Freya at the Herne bay branch what we were looking for she was consistently updating us on what was either new on the market or what was coming to the market that we may be interested in, we felt from the start she understood our needs and criteria and after only 8 weeks she managed to find us our perfect new home!
Emily was able to further assist us on the sales again her manner on the phone was professional yet very understanding on what we could afford and helped to make all parties happy!

I would like to thank all of the Wards Staff that I met in Margate, Victoria, Katy & Megan in particular. The service was good, reliable, friendly & although in the end I didn’t buy through them, they were outstanding.
They made property search fun & were just good people to do business with. Victoria pulled out all the stops on my last visit, despite being short staffed, she arranged 3 viewings with a few hours notice as I had been let down by other agents. I hope they’ll come to my house warming party 😍

I would not recommend. They carried out tenant check out and missed a lot of damages by the tenant which cost me more after tenant has left. I receive communication from different staff which is confusing. I sent a complaint, till date, it has not been resolved.

A big thank you to staff at Wards (Gillingham branch). From the first visit by Gary, who was very professional explaining the entire process to us, this was our first move after over 38 years in the same property. All the staff were helpful and able to answer our questions. Spoke to Hannah and Adam on occasion but mainly dealt with Nicole and Kim, the progressor, both of whom worked tirelessly to get us over the finish line. We really can’t thank them enough.
