Absolute joke of a company. Ordef online, pay for next day delivery, they fail to deliver on time, refuse to refund delivery charges, to cancel the order will take 14 days for a refund. Avoid these scammers

Booking an appointment for a Wickes kitchen designer was very easy with lots of availability on dates and times. My kitchen designer Aaron was lovely and I felt like he quickly understood the kitchen design I was looking for. He took the time to explain the design to me and made any small tweaks requested and I didn't feel like anything was a hassle or too much for him. There was no pushy selling and the quote was broken down in an easy to understand format. Despite it being a small showroom I felt there was a lot of choice of options to view in person.

Great experience getting a partial new kitchen for our home arranged with Wickes in Norwich. My designer was Laini and she was very helpful and patient from start to finish, coming out to the property and helping us incorporate some of our existing kitchen cabinets into the new kitchen design. We were also fully supported with several minor design changes during the process. Laini also helped expedite delivery of the cabinets and worktops to ensure we completed the project in good time. High recommend Wickes kitchen design service.

I recently came into the Catford store and had such a pleasant experience. My needs were met and I left happy. I would like to give special praises to Kay as she went above and beyond. I would highly recommend :)

I came to wicks Manjit showed me how to download app I did have a keyfob only give me 10% she told me app will give me more discount on certain days she was so helpful and give me a kitchen quote aswell

Visited the Catford bridge store and was a bit confused on what best products to purchase, was assisted by a lovely worker named Kay, she was wonderfully polite and extremely helpful as im a disabled shopper, I hope she's working on my next visit :)

Right from the start, John Gillam at the Crawley store, went out of his way to meet our needs. Throughout the design and with all of our changes and questions he was incredibly patient and accommodating making valid suggestions as to what would work best. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products. The installer appointed by John was first class. All in all we were are very happy with our new kitchen.

After having a really disappointing experience with B&Q, where my order didn’t even turn up, I decided to try Wickes instead.
I’ve now placed multiple orders with Wickes and every experience has been excellent. My latest order was placed at around 5pm last night and it was delivered by 9:30am the next morning.
The service has been fast, reliable and hassle-free every time. It’s such a refreshing change to deal with a company that does exactly what it promises. I’ll definitely be using Wickes again and would happily recommend them to others.

Excellent customer service. I was unsure which product would suit the job I was doing from the wide range of stock. I spoke with Jill H who took the time to help me and ended up choosing a better quality product than I intended. Makes a big difference when your staff know what they are selling!

i wanted some gravel that was out of stock but was being delivered and i could see what i wanted in the yard behind the barrier. i begged them to let me have some. i couldn’t come back the next day. eventually someone took pity and went and fetched it for me. great customer service.

Caitlin was brilliant from the start. We had a bit of an idea for what we wanted and she took that and offered lots of options along the same lines that we'd not considered. Very reassuring to have the full package and not have to worry about all the organising.

On Wednesday I was waiting at the tills for approximately five minutes before being served. During this time, a member of staff — a blonde woman wearing glasses — appeared to be using her phone rather than assisting customers. When I was eventually served, I found her attitude to be quite rude and unprofessional.
I also noticed that there was a new member of staff working alongside her. Unfortunately, this interaction did not set a good example in terms of customer service standards, which I would expect from your store.
I felt this experience was disappointing and not reflective of the level of service customers should receive. I hope this feedback can be taken on board and addressed appropriately.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from Wickes.
I placed my order on 30 June, but two tins of paint were missing from the delivery, leaving me unable to finish decorating my bedroom. From that point onwards, I had to repeatedly chase for updates, as I received very little proactive communication.
Initially, I was told Wickes was waiting for the courier to investigate. After several days of chasing, I was then informed that the missing paint had actually been returned to the Wickes warehouse. I was never contacted to tell me this and only found out because I kept asking for updates.
I was asked to provide dates when I would be available to receive a replacement, which I did immediately. Despite replying straight away, I received no confirmation of a delivery date. I then submitted a formal complaint, but as of today (Friday), I have still not received any response to either my email or my complaint.
Delays can happen, and I appreciate that couriers sometimes make mistakes. My frustration is not simply about the missing paint, but about the poor communication and the fact that I have had to do all the chasing myself. At every stage I was left waiting for information instead of being kept informed.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a half-finished decorating project and very little confidence in Wickes' customer service. I hope someone now takes ownership of resolving this properly.
